General Instructions

The automatic fire alarm installation is designed to detect the source of fire, accompanied by the release of smoke in the controlled rooms, and send fire notifications.

The premises of the medical center are equipped with fire alarm equipment in accordance with their purpose and the requirements of SP5.13130.2009.

Automatic fire alarm installation is based on "Bolid" LDP equipment. Control of AUPS status is performed using "Signal 20P" instrument. The device monitors 20 loops, controls its outputs and issues alarm notifications to the C2000M control panel.

Smoke optoelectronic detectors IP2123CM and manual detectors IP5133 isp.01 are used as fire alarm sensors in the premises. Due to the fact that the volume of combustible mass on the 1m cable line laid behind the suspended ceiling in the corridors exceeds 1.5l, the backfill space is also equipped with smoke fire detectors. To monitor the condition of these detectors, the installation of loop control devices UHK01 is provided.

At least two detectors are installed in the protected rooms, the distance between them is not less than the normative one (SP5.13130.2009 pp. 13.3.2, 13.4.1). Generation of voice and light warning control signals, ventilation shutdown, release of electromagnetic locks of escape outputs, output of signal for elevators lowering is performed at actuation of one fire detector (SP5.13130.2009 p.14.2).

In accordance with SP3.13130.2009, the building of the medical center provides for the installation of light indicators "Exit" and voice notification of people in case of fire. Voice notification is performed by "ESD" drawing mark. Above the evacuation exits, it is provided for the installation of "Exit" light indicators of the "YuksMS" type, and a "Fire" light indicator is installed in the operating room. Annunciator Manager: "Flashing off." Start of voice warning and control of light warning is performed by means of "S2000-KPB" test and start unit, which monitors the condition of all switched circuits for break and short circuit.

Shutdown of ventilation, control of electromagnetic locks and elevator is performed by means of output relays of "Signal 20P" device and relays of "S2000 SP1" signal-start units.

Devices of the fire safety system manufactured by NVP "Bolid" operate under the control of the C2000M monitoring and control panel, which is installed at the security post with a round-the-clock stay of duty personnel. The panel provides displaying of fire and malfunction messages on LCD, as well as sound alarm of events occurring in the system. For visual indication of SH condition, "S2000BI" indication unit is provided at the security station.

At the request of the customer, the signals "Fire," "Intrusion alarm," "Malfunction," "Power outage" are duplicated at the security post in the building of CJSC "UK" NTM Holding. Alarm and informational notifications of events on site are transmitted via radio channel to single-channel receiver using Altonika equipment. In case of unstable reception of the radio signal, it is necessary to use a remote antenna. Recommendations for antenna installation are given in the equipment documentation.

Power supply of fire alarm unit is provided from two independent sources through ALT using UPS at the moment of ALT switching (refer to "EM" grade drawing). The redundant RIP12 power supply isp.02, providing output voltage 12B, current 2A is used to power supply of devices. RIP has protection against short circuit and overload of circuits and remote output of network power loss and short circuit of circuits. As power supply is carried out on the first category according to PUE, RIP with joint stock bank 7ach, providing sufficient time for evacuation is established. In the "Fire" mode, the system operation time from the battery will be 3 hours.

Devices "Signal20P," "S2000-KPB," "S2000SP1," power supply are installed on the wall in the server room. Signals in the system are transmitted via the RS 485 interface link, which combines all the devices of the system.

Signaling loop lines, light warning lines and RS485 interface line are laid by cables with copper cores that do not propagate combustion with low smoke and gas release, with insulation from fire-resistant organosilicon rubber, KPSEng FRLS type (remains operational under the conditions of flame exposure for 80 min).

Cables are laid in corridors behind suspended ceilings in trays, in rooms - in walls in corrugated pipes and in cable channels along the ceiling.
