3. General Instructions
3.1 Purpose
Automatic fire alarm is designed for round-the-clock continuous monitoring of the fire situation, display of the co-standing of the monitored sensors, rooms, information transmission.
Smoke detectors are included in the alarm loop. When the detector is activated, the loop number is indicated. The signal source is determined visually by the LED or remote indication device built into the detector.
3.2 Basic technical solutions.
The "Signal - 20 P SMD" is used as receiving and control equipment in this project.
To detect fires in the early stages, the project provides for the installation of fire smoke detectors "IPD3.1M," heat detectors IP 1022x2. Smoke detectors shall be installed on the ceiling and walls of the premises.
According to NPB 10403, a type II fire warning system has been selected, which includes:
• Sound annunciator "Oriole" with sound pressure of 105 dB.
• Fire lights "BlikS24" installed on escape routes.
• Manual fire detectors "SPR8L" installed on escape routes at a height of 1.5 m from the floor level, according to NPB 882001 *.
The selection of wires and cables, how to lay them for the organization of fire alarm loops and connecting lines was made in accordance with the requirements of PUE, SNiP 3.05.0685, VSN 11687, the requirements of technical documentation for devices and equipment of the fire alarm system. Fire alarm loops shall be made by KSPV wire laid in the conduit. Connection of "SPR8L" manual fire detectors, smoke, heat and fire light detectors "Blik-S-24" shall be made by wire laid in the box.
Power supply of the fire alarm system is carried out according to category 1 according to PUE from the secondary power supply source, which provides power supply to AUPS in the absence of voltage in the network :
a) in standby mode for 24 hours.
b) in "Alarm" mode for at least 3 hours.
Protective grounding (grounding) of electrical equipment of the automatic fire alarm unit shall be performed in accordance with the requirements of PUE, SNiP 3.05.06, GOST 12.1.030 and technical documentation of the manufacturer.
Installation of AUPS systems and EMSS shall be performed in accordance with regulatory documents:
- GOST 12.2.00775 "General Safety Requirements";
- GOST 12.1.01979 "Electrical safety. General requirements and nomenclature of protection types ";
- GOST 12.2.01387 "Manual electrical machines. General safety requirements ";
