Conclusion
During the course design, mass and heat exchange of the process of separation of fermentation substrates were studied.
The mixture is separated with ethanol content of 6 wt%. in a column with six sieve plates.
Column capacity 1200 dal/day ethanol.
Upon separation of 1.628 kg/s of the starting mash, 0.116 kg/s of distyl lat containing 84 wt% is formed. ethanol and vinasse in an amount of 1.512 kg/s containing 0.015 wt% ethanol.
The process diagram of the plant is selected and described in detail. Developed on and detailed description of a fragrance column with screened trays.
Thermal and structural calculations of a fragrance column with sintered plates of cams - the designed apparatus.
Braga column with a diameter of 500 mm in the poppet part and 1200 mm in the bottom part. Six sieve trays of TC are installed in the poppet part of the column. The number of required trays was determined by graphical construction. Distance between plates - 400 mm. A hatch with a diameter of 250 mm is provided for serving plates. In the bottom part of the column there is a coil reboiler made of a corrosion-resistant pipe of ∅130×4,5 mm. The reboiler coil has a rum diameter of 1000 mm and has 13 turns. The height of the reboiler is 2600 mm.
Heat calculation was performed and component equipment was selected. Two-section horizontal dephlegmator with four-way leather
tube heat exchangers. The first section is used for heating from the lead-in box - a typical heat exchanger with a heat transfer area of 49 m2 with pipes of ∅25×2 mm length of 3 m in a 600 mm casing;, the second section - a section for completing steam condensation with water - a heat exchanger with a heat transfer surface of 3.81 m2 with pipes of ∅20×2 mm.
The refrigerator is a single-section plate with a heat transfer area of 3.48 m2 is assembled from 20 plates of the αLaval p-11 type.
Three-plunger pump of PT110/100 grade with supply, 2,78⋅10-3 m3/s and outlet pressure of 10 MPa is selected to supply the ram to the column through the first section of the reflux condenser.
Safety and PS requirements are described.
The process diagram of the installation on sheet A2 is graphically shown, as well as a drawing of the general view of the fragrance column with screened trays on sheet A1 is made.
