EXTRUDER PRESS

The extruder is used for the production of high nutritional and easily digestible and digestible feed from cereals, legumes, as well as the production of mixed feed with dry additives by extrusion consumed by cattle, pigs, sheep, poultry and other pets, including cats and dogs. Complete with screw presses, it is used to produce oil from soybean seeds. The process diagram of the screw briquetting press is presented structurally. The screw briquetting press works as follows: the feed mixture is fed to the loading neck (1), captured by a single-start conical screw with a variable pitch (3) and moves to the knives (5), where it is enriched with mineral additives through the neck (6), mixing occurs through the action of knives (5), excess juice and gas are discharged through the juice and gas outlet channel (7). Then, fodder mixture is split along fibres by action of splitting deck (8) and splitting cone (9). Then feed mixture is extruded through inclined channels (11) directed to side opposite to rotation of forming head (10). Excess gas, which is formed in forming head (10), is discharged through gas discharge channels (12). Ready briquettes are removed from press cavity through discharge window (14).
