1.2 External gas pipeline

Medium pressure gas pipeline.

Tie-in of the designed underground medium-pressure gas pipeline G2 Du50 is carried out into the existing underground steel gas pipeline Dn 150 medium-pressure P = 0.22 MPa, laid at the intersection of ul. Svetloy, etc. 30th anniversary of Victory. The gas flow to the boiler house of the shopping center according to PR 1762010 GSV is 30.08m ³/h.

Extent of the designed gas pipeline of average pressure is 352.6 items m. The underground gas pipeline is accepted from pipes PE80GAZSDR11F 63х5.8 in accordance with GOST P 5083895 with the safety factor of durability 2.8.

G2 Gas Pipeline Route Description:

t. A - tie-in of the designed underground gas pipeline G2 Du 50 into the existing underground gas pipeline Du150 tavrovaya, is carried out in accordance with the series

5.90525.05 v.1 UG 23.00 SS. At the tie-in point of the designed gas pipeline there is a ball valve for welding for the underground unit Du 80/65 Ru = 1.6 MPa with the rod outlet under the carpet.

At the ground outlet there is an insulating flange connection dy50 and a disconnecting device (gas valve).

The gas pipeline shall be laid underground h = 0.8 m. According to geological surveys, sandy soils serve as the basis for the gas pipeline. Groundwater opened at a depth of 1,62,2m. Soils are weakly submerged, with a low degree of water saturation. Freezing depth is 1.95 m.

Under the roads, the designed gas pipeline should be laid in a case with opening of the asphalt surface. To control gas leakage, the case is equipped with a control tube with a carpet outlet. When laying a gas pipeline, a sand base device with a height of 10 cm is provided. Filling of the gas pipeline is provided by sandy soil at 20 cm above the upper generatrix of the pipe.

In order to reduce the effect of frost heaving forces, careful compaction of backfilling soils is necessary.

When leaving the ground, the gas pipeline lies in a case.

Gas control station.

To reduce the gas pressure to the required parameters for the shopping center, a cabinet gas control station GRPSH400 with a pressure regulator RDNK400 was designed.

Characteristics of GRPSH400 (RDNK400):

It has a main reduction thread and bypass.

Pressure at inlet Pinl = 0.22 MPa

The outlet gas pressure is adjusted to Pinl = 5.0 kPa.

Maximum capacity 125 nm ³/h

Gas ball valve 11B27p Ru = 1.6 MPa Du 50 is installed at the inlet of the gas pipeline at the outlet of the GRPP - KSH 65f valve.

GRPS are protected with a safety barrier of 2.0х3.0х1.6 in size (h)

according to the series 5.90525.05 b.2 AS 3.00; to protect against lightning impact, grounding of GRPP and candle gas pipelines is provided to the existing grounding loop of the shopping center building, modular boiler room and 2 chimneys (see design PR 1762010 GSV).

Low pressure gas pipeline.

The laid G1 gas pipeline is designed from a steel electrowelded pipe in accordance with GOST 1070491 F 76х3.5. The pressure at the outlet of the GRPP is 5.0 kPa. The gas flow rate to the boiler house of the shopping center according to PR 1762010 GSV is 30.08m ³/h. The gas pipeline shall be laid above ground along the facade before entering the gasified room. The gas pipeline shall be attached to the wall according to 5.90518.05 series .

The length of the designed low pressure gas pipeline is 27.5 p.m.

At the crossings of building structures, the gas pipeline should be enclosed in the case according to the 5.90525.05 series. Fill the space between the case and the gas pipeline with bitumen or milled packle.

For protection against atmospheric corrosion the elevated metal gas pipeline becomes covered by two layers of earth of GF021 and two layers of HV-124 enamel

2.3 Corrosion testing and protection. Commissioning

After installation of the external gas pipeline, perform mechanical tests of butt welded joints, as well as tests of the gas pipeline for air tightness with test pressure: underground polyethylene gas pipelines of medium pressure Risp = 0.6 MPa for 24 hour, gas pipelines and equipment GRPP - Risp = 0.45 MPa for 12 hours (according to SNiP 42012002). After testing of gas pipelines, insulation of joints and shaped parts and delivery of facilities to the customer is carried out.

Construction and installation works and tests shall be carried out by a specialized organization licensed and authorized by Rostekhnadzor for the right to conduct construction and construction work.

After installation, organize a commission acceptance of the work performed with the participation of a representative of Rostekhnadzor. Commissioning is carried out in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 42012002, the "Safety Rules for Gas Distribution and Gas Consumption Systems" of the State Gortekhnadzor of Russia and the provisions of the joint venture 421012003. The results of the work of the acceptance commission are drawn up by the acceptance certificate of the gas distribution system completed by the construction of the facility, which is the basis for commissioning the facility.

After acceptance, it is necessary to transfer the gas pipelines for maintenance to MP Gorgaz.
