Introduction

Agriculture uses a large number of tractors, cars, combines and other complex agricultural machines that allow mechanizing the main technological processes of agricultural production.

The equipment during its operation requires systematic execution of various maintenance and repair works. To support the equipment in good condition and for its repair, an extensive network of enterprises has been created that have the necessary buildings, structures, equipment and equipment, transport, communications, labor resources and a repair and maintenance base.

Proper organization of labor, reasonable rationing of labor and remuneration, ensuring technological discipline and technical quality control of repairs are important. It is necessary to ensure the correct division of the scope of repair work and maintenance between enterprises of the national economy and repair shops of farms, their fairly close relationship and a clear delivery and acceptance of facilities for repair.

Description of the design object and analysis of its operation

The developed technical service enterprise is designed for the maintenance and maintenance of tractors, as well as not complex agricultural ones. cars.

Maintenance or repair operations are carried out with or without prior control. The main method of performance of control works should be diagnostics, which is used to determine the technical condition of the car, its units and assemblies and is a technological element of maintenance and repair.

Compliance with the periodicity and technical requirements for the quality of maintenance operations ensures high technical readiness and reduces the need for repair.

In this project, with a standard set of machines and units, the design of a technical service enterprise was carried out, the number of technical services and repairs of all farm machines to be carried out during the year was calculated. The annual maintenance and repair plan is also calculated. In conclusion, we give calculations of the number of employees of the central repair workshop, the calculation of the necessary equipment. Based on these calculations, we are designing a central repair workshop, which can become the basis for designing a workshop in any farm.

2.4 Distribution of repair works by execution sites

The calculated annual repair program of the farm is distributed to the places of its implementation. The places of execution are: specialized enterprises of Agroprom, a workshop. At the same time, the correct distribution of the entire scope of work at the place of their execution is of great importance.

The workshop plans to carry out ongoing repairs and maintenance of machines, major repairs are planned to be carried out at specialized enterprises of the agro-industrial complex.

The programme in the CLD includes the following activities:

-TR tractors, combines, cars and simple s/x. machines;

-TO-3 tractors;

-MZHF equipment maintenance works;

- works on manufacturing and repair of tools;

- repair of own equipment of the workshop;

- part recovery works;

- other unaccounted works.

We distribute the entire volume of repair work in the CMM so that you can fulfill two main following requirements:

1. The loading of the workshop for each month of the year should be approximately the same. Reduction of the load in summer months is allowed to 3040% of the load in winter.

2. The loading of the repair shop by various types of repair work for the months of the year should be uniform, this allows to maintain a permanent staff of the main repair workers.

Load distribution by month of year. We distribute, adhering to the following basic considerations:

-the current repair of tractors is mainly planned during the winter months

periods, in some cases allowed in summer.

-combines are planned for repair in autumn-winter and spring.

- cars mainly during the year, but a larger volume is allowed in the spring-autumn period.

-TO-3 tractors are planned during the year taking into account the loading of machines of specific brands in field work.

- works related to repair of s/x. machines are planned taking into account the loading periods of these machines in field work.

2.5 Calculation of workshop load by objects and types of works

The calculation of repairs by types of works makes it possible to identify the need or use of repair and technological equipment, as well as to determine the required number of qualified workers.

The basis of calculations for determining the amount of repair of machines by type of work is the labor intensity of repair and the percentage of different types of work in each object and type of repair.

To perform this task, calculate all types of repair work by month, we use computers. After the preliminary calculation, we carry out data correction in order to obtain a uniform load of departments with these types of work. This uniformity is necessary to maintain the necessary number of skilled workers in the workshop.

Discrepancies in machine tools, welding, forge-thermal works are allowed 30%.

Based on the calculation results, the workshop loading schedule for objects and types of repair works is built, which is presented in the graphic part (sheet No. 1).

Determination of the nomenclature of workshops (plots) and branches of the enterprise

The composition of the sites is taken based on the technological processes of repair of machines and these typical projects of repair enterprises.

In our case, the plant should include the following production areas:

1. External cleaning and washing.

2. Diagnostics and maintenance.

3. Disassembling-washing and defective.

4. Repair and installation.

5. Engines maintenance.

6. Engine tests and adjustments.

6 substantiation of repair process organization method

The repair method refers to a set of technological and organizational rules for performing work on the elimination of faults and failures of machines by replacing or restoring parts and assembly units. Three repair methods are common at repair enterprises: impersonal, unpersonal and aggregate.

In my opinion, for the workshop of an agricultural enterprise, the aggregate method of repairing machines is the most acceptable. With this repair method, the time of the machine in repair is sharply reduced, which is very important when conducting basic field work. The process is greatly simplified, it becomes possible to use less complex equipment; increased capacity of repair workshop, reduced need for capital investments for construction, reduced costs for maintenance base maintenance.

8 selection of process equipment

All equipment of repair enterprises is divided by purpose into production, auxiliary and energy. Production equipment is designed to restore the shape and condition of the repaired objects, auxiliary - to perform maintenance work on the main production facilities, energy - to provide energy of various types.

Based on the generalization of the use and systematization of CMM equipment, models of equipment, devices and tools necessary for workshops were developed, depending on the presence of a tractor and automobile fleet. Using this list, the necessary amount of equipment and accessories for the designed workshop is developed, taking into account the provision of all types of work.

The calculation of the workshop demand for equipment is carried out according to the following types:

- washing equipment;

- metal cutting equipment;

- welding and surfacing equipment;

- benches for running-in and testing of engines.

11 construction of a schedule of cargo flows of the enterprise

Cargo flow schedules are built to verify the correct layout of workshops on the general plan and sections on the plan of the production building, that is, to monitor compliance with the basic principle - choosing the shortest way to move repair objects, materials and spare parts. At the same time, oncoming and intersecting cargo flows are detected .

To plot, you select a machine of the same brand, but which has the maximum volume of repair work in the busiest month. Freight flow lines or bands show the movement of goods and their width shows the mass on an appropriate scale. The band width scale is assumed to be 100 kg/mm.

Width of strips in sections is taken as percentage of width of strip of total weight of machine (unit) or in accepted scale strips corresponding to masses of weights coming to sections are deposited. Strips are connected to each other in accordance with accepted scheme of technological process of object repair, direction of cargo movement is indicated by arrows. The strips indicate the mass of transported goods or the percentage of the total mass of the repair object .

The schedule (diagram) of cargo flows allows not only to correctly assemble all divisions of the production building, but also to select non-bypassing lifting and vehicles.

The scheduled cargo flow of the repair plant is presented in Appendix B.

Conclusion

During work on the term paper at the rate: "Design of the enterprises of technical service" the annual production program of the enterprise was defined, the total labor input of the performed works which was 29890.82 man hours is calculated. The operating mode of the enterprise was determined: the number of working days per year - 251 day, the number of working shifts per day - 1 shift, the duration of the shift - 8 hours, the nominal fund of the working time was - 2000 h, the actual - 1760 h, the actual fund of the equipment was 1908 h. The number of employees was 23 people. The aggregate method of organization of the repair process is justified. The number of workplaces was calculated, which amounted to 25 places. Calculation and selection of technological equipment was made. The area of ​ ​ the enterprise was 1152 m2. The layout of the enterprise with direct cargo flow was developed and its schedule was built. Measures to improve working conditions and safety of life have been developed. Measures to reduce environmental pollution have also been developed. The energy costs of the enterprise were calculated. In the final part of the project, the technical and economic assessment of the enterprise was carried out - the profit per year amounted to 13710.9 thousand rubles, and the estimate of the payback of the project, which amounted to 9.76 years.
