Explanatory Note
The project of heating and ventilation of the annex of the production building in the Ivanovo region was carried out on the basis of the technical specification, construction and technological drawings and specifications of the technological equipment in accordance with the current regulatory acts:
SNiP 41012003 "Heating, ventilation and air conditioning";
SNiP 31032001 "Production Buildings";
SNiP 23.0199 "Construction climatology."
Outside air design parameters are adopted in accordance with SNiP 2.04.0591 * for Ivanovo:
Warm season: "A" options
tn = 22.2 0С, i = 49.8 kJ/kg (11.9 kCal/kg)
Cold period: parameters "B"
tn = 30 0С, i = 28.6 kJ/kg (6.84 kCal/kg)
Ventilation and air conditioning
The calculation of air exchange was adopted based on the calculation of assimilation of heat losses in production premises and on the calculation of provision of regulated air exchanges in domestic premises.
Ventilation and air conditioning of production rooms is carried out by existing central air conditioners with adiabatic cooling of supply air. In domestic premises, ventilation is carried out by an all-in-one plenum unit and an exhaust fan from Sistemair.
Air is distributed by round and rectangular galvanized air ducts. Indoor air distribution shall be performed by DEC round diffusers and Sistemair rectangular grids.
Heating
Heating in the workshop is designed water according to a single tube scheme. As heating devices, registers made of pipes with a diameter of 76 are adopted. Heat carrier is supplied to registers via steel electric welded straight-joint pipes with temperature of 9065 ° С.
Refreshing system
To maintain the normalized humidity in the weaving shops, an air humidification system is provided. The project provides for the installation of spray-type humidifiers - automasers of the MC type from CAREL. Humidification in this system occurs by spraying water through nozzles to which water and compressed air are supplied. Water and compressed air are supplied via plastic pipes. Ball valves are installed at the pipeline ends to facilitate cleaning of pipelines.
