Additional information
Source Data
This project is based on:
design tasks from the Customer;
surveys of consumers of thermal and electrical energy;
building layout.
Key indicators
This project provides for electric heating of a residential 16 apartment building at der. Pogi d.2, Tosnensky district, Leningrad region, using oil-filled electric radiators.
The installed capacity of the electric heating system (consisting of 1-phase consumers) is: RUST = 44.7 kW .
Design consumed 3-phase power RNPF = 40.9 kW.
Electric heating is provided with the help of heating units (oil-filled electric radiators) of stationary design, attached to the building structures by means of special brackets;
Category of power supply reliability - III.
TNCS grounding system type. The PENconductor is separated at the input.
Internal electrical networks
Three-phase power supply network with de-grounded neutral.
GVU with switch-disconnector and circuit breakers on outgoing lines serves to introduce electric power into the building. Distribution of electric power to the floors through which the automatic circuit breakers are installed on the outgoing lines. For accounting and distribution of electricity in apartments there is a BRU installation. Metering counter, circuit breakers on outgoing lines are located in BRU.
Electric heating network voltage ~ 220V.
Wiring is made:
from HSVU to PIO with PV1 wires in a pipe made of polyvinyl chloride plasticate,
wiring in apartments - open, NYM cable with copper cores.
Electrical heating distribution network is three-wire (phase conductor + zero working + zero protective).
Connection of oil-filled electric radiators is carried out by a copper flexible 3-wire wire through a terminal block. Connection of instruments with power supply lines is permanent.
Energy saving
The electric heating system has automatic and manual control.
Electric heating system operation control:
- manual, with the help of circuit breakers in VRU, RChT and MChVU, or with switch-disconnector in MChVU;
- automatic, with the help of switches on radiators when the temperature reaches 85 ° С on the surface of radiators and with the help of thermostats installed in rooms on the wall. Thermostats allow you to maintain a given temperature in the premises and economically use electricity consumption.
Electricity metering
The calculated accounting of electricity, at the entrance to the building, was made by a 2-tariff 3-phase active energy counter in the GVU.
The calculated accounting of electricity, in apartments, was made by a 2-tariff 1-phase active energy meter in the BRU.
