9. Control system

The designed electric loader has the following actuators - two AC motors: an electric motor of the movement mechanism and a hydraulic pump motor.

List of electrical equipment used and required for operation:

- lighting lamp;

- direction indicator;

- "stop signal";

- audio signal;

- cargo sensor, determines weight of lifted load;

- tilt angle sensor, used to determine the position of the hoist;

- sensor for measurement of current lifting height of fork load grip, locking of lifting mechanism occurs when maximum height is reached with maximum weight for this height;

- speed sensor, monitors the current speed of the loader and shows it on the speedometer;

- the sensor on the accelerator pedal is a potentiometer, it acts on the pedal and sets an alternating voltage that varies in proportion to the angle of inclination of the pedal;

- temperature sensor; Monitors the current engine temperature. When the critical temperature of the engine is reached, it operates and blocks further operation of the movement mechanism;

- reverse sensor - designed to determine the direction of movement of the loader;

- parking brake actuation sensor - acts on the brake mechanism;

Auxiliary sensors performing service functions:

- oil level sensor in hydraulic system;

- oil filter status sensor;
