The project was implemented in compliance with the existing norms and rules, complies with the norms and rules of explosion and fire safety and ensures safe operation of the designed facilities.

Working documentation is executed in compliance with applicable norms, rules and instructions.

General part

The organization of the construction of the facility "Gas supply with. Dzerzhinskoye MO" City of Tomsk, (3rd, 4th stage) "was carried out on the basis of the design task, design specifications .

Solutions for the organization of the construction of the gas pipeline have been developed in accordance with SNiP 12012004 "Organization of construction production," as well as taking into account:

existing rules and regulations;

engineering survey materials;

departmental regulatory and guidance materials for the organization of construction .

The construction of the facility should be carried out according to the work execution project developed by the general contracting organization, drawn up in accordance with the requirement of SNiP 12012004, decisions on the organization of construction, materials of working drawings and engineering surveys. It is forbidden to start construction and installation works without PPM.

The type of construction is new.

Construction area:

on the street. Logovaya, st. NovoLogovaya (3rd stage);

st. Petrovskaya, st. State Farm (4th stage) with. Dzerzhinskoye, Kirovsky district, Tomsk.

The PIC and estimated documentation calculations are performed for the conditional general contractor.

Short description of construction

To ensure sustainable gas supply to a group of residential buildings on the street. Logovaya, st. NovoLogovaya (3rd stage); provides for :

construction of a low-pressure gas pipeline of category IV (operating pressure up to 0.003 MPa) from gas control points of the cabinet type (GRPSH072U1) to a group of residential buildings on the street. Logovaya, st. NovoLogovaya.

The connection point from the existing GRPSH072VU1 to the low-pressure gas pipeline, located on ul. Volynova between ul. Hospital and st. Logova.

The total length of the gas pipeline route is 2726.5 m.

Total length of polyethylene gas pipeline route - 2095.5m

Total length of steel gas pipeline route - 631.0 m

To ensure sustainable gas supply to a group of residential buildings on the street. Petrovskaya, st. State Farm (4th stage), it is provided :

construction of a high-pressure gas pipeline of category II (operating pressure P < 0.6 MPa) from the tie-in to the underground high-pressure gas pipeline of category II d160x14.6 mm (connection point from the existing high-pressure gas pipeline laid on the street Volynova between the street. Hospital and the street Logova, in front of GRPSH072VU1;

installation of a cabinet-type gas control station (GRPSH072U1 );

3. construction of a low-pressure gas pipeline of category IV (operating pressure up to 0.003 MPa) from gas control points of the cabinet type (GRPSH072U1) to a group of residential buildings on the street. Petrovskaya, st. State Farm.

The total length of the gas pipeline route is 3524.5 m.

The total length of the polyethylene gas pipeline route is 2892.6 m

The total length of the steel gas pipeline route is 631.9 m

The design provides for the laying of a high-pressure gas pipeline in an open (trench) way using a single-bucket excavator.

The project provides for the laying of a low-pressure gas pipeline of the 3rd stage is adopted in an open (trench) way using a single-bucket excavator .

The project provides for the laying of a low-pressure gas pipeline of the 4th stage in sections from PK0 + 25.6 to PK1 + 18.9; from PC 1 + 40.6 to PC1 + 56.9 (PC10) PC10 + 3.3; from PK6 + 83.1 to PK7 + 9.3 by a closed (trenchless) method of inclined-directional drilling (NNB) using the Vermeer Navigator installation. Along the rest of the underground gas pipeline route, it is accepted to lay the gas pipeline in an open (trench) way using a single-head excavator.

Detailed description of design solutions is given in the "Explanatory Note" Section 1.

Transport scheme of construction

The transport scheme is determined by local construction conditions. Delivery of cargo to the construction site is carried out by road transport. For this purpose, during the preparatory period of construction, pipes, materials, equipment, etc. are delivered by road to Tomsk and further with transshipment for delivery to the construction site.

For the construction of the gas pipeline, steel pipes of the Novosibirsk plant and polyethylene pipes of Techstroy CJSC in Kazan (official representative of PipTrading LLC, Tomsk), isolation valves of ExForm LLC, Saratov and Broen LLC in Moscow, Tyazhpromarmatura CJSC in Aleksin are used.

Transportation scheme of construction is given in Table 3.1.

The construction of the gas pipeline is carried out with the maximum use of existing roads.

Polyethylene pipes are supplied:

PE32, PE63 - bays of 150 meters each;

PE110 - PE160 - in sections of 12.0 meters.

Duration of construction

The duration of the gas pipeline construction is determined in accordance with SNiP 1.04.0385 * "Standards for the duration of construction and backlog in the construction of enterprises, buildings and structures," Part II. according to the following formula.

where: TN1 = 1.5 - duration of gas pipeline construction with total length of 2726.5 m determined according to SNiP 1.04.0385 * part II (section Z. p. 2 "Utilities"); for Queue 3.

TN1 = 3.5 - duration of gas pipeline construction with total length of 3524.5 m determined according to SNiP 1.04.0385 * part II (section Z. p. 2 "Utilities"); for turn 4.

Thus, the duration of the construction of the gas pipeline is determined at 1.8 months, including the preparatory period of 0.2 months.

The duration of the construction of the facility as a whole is accepted as equal to the maximum duration, and it will be 2 months, including 0.2 months for preparatory work.

Thus, the duration of the construction of the gas pipeline is determined at 4.2 months, including the preparatory period of 0.5 month.

The duration of the construction of the facility as a whole is accepted as equal to the maximum duration, and it will be 5 months, including 0.5 months for preparatory work.

Calculation of construction duration at parallel laying of gas pipeline 3, and stage 4 the total construction period is 5 months.

The gas pipeline tie-in should be carried out in summer. The construction of the facility is scheduled for 2012.

Construction Quality Control

Quality control shall be organized in accordance with SNiP 12012004 "Construction Organization."

During incoming inspection, it is necessary to check compliance of pipes and insulation materials with standards, specifications, GOST, passports and other documents.

It is necessary to provide the construction teams with the main technical and regulatory documentation, design, SNiP III4280 *, SNiP 2.05.0685 *, process charts for the entire complex of works, certificates for pipes, welding and insulation materials before the start of work.

Laboratory services shall carry out systematic checks of welding, insulation and correct as-built documentation control results.

Operational control should be carried out after production operations or construction processes and ensure timely detection of defects and their causes.

During operational control it is necessary to perform:

compliance with the construction process technology specified in the work execution projects;

compliance of performed works with working drawings, construction codes and rules of work execution and standards;

systematic geodetic control of the trench;

acceptance of the route from the customer according to the act with instrumental breakdown, installation of benchmarks, fixing and binding of axes, angles of rotation, installation of signs at intersections of underground structures, installation of pickets;

loading and unloading of pipes with special rigging devices only;

during earthworks, welding, insulation and laying works, ensure elimination of cases of insulation damage.

Acceptance control shall be carried out to check the quality of completed construction structures or their parts, as well as hidden works and individual critical structures.

All hidden works are subject to acceptance with the preparation of certificates of their examination.

Organizational and technical preparation for construction

Organizational arrangements must be made before the start of the preparatory period:

Design and estimate documentation was approved and issued to the contracting organization in full;

work execution projects developed by the general construction organization;

issues of providing construction with materials, structures and parts have been resolved;

identified construction, installation and specialized organizations for the implementation of the planned construction ;

made in kind the withdrawal of territory for construction .

The construction of the facility is divided into two periods: preparatory and main.

During the preparatory period:

engineering preparation of the territory necessary for the start of work;

arrangement at object warehouses and storage sites for building materials and products;

delivery of construction materials and equipment;

Define the main areas of work.

During the preparatory period, technological preparation for construction is also carried out, which consists in:

creation of production conditions under which it is possible to perform normal construction and installation work on the construction of individual structures;

determination of development priority taking into account a number of technical factors.

During the construction of the facility, the following set of main construction and installation works is performed:

geodetic works;

earthworks;

installation of steel, prefabricated concrete and reinforced concrete structures;

installation of process equipment.

The construction of the gas pipeline is carried out by captures (sections). Taking into account the narrowness and curvature of the roads, transit transport along the streets with. Dzerzhinskoye during construction work, so as not to hinder the movement of vehicles. Construction is carried out by sites, with the fulfillment of the daily norm, i.e. for one shift. Recommendations for basic construction and installation works

7.1. Transport and handling

These works consist of unloading and loading of pipes on site, transportation of steel single pipes and bays with polyethylene pipes.

Transportation and handling technology includes:

transportation of pipes to the gas pipeline route;

loading and unloading works on the route.

At the transport station, the pipes shall be carried on trailers and semi-trailers supported along the whole length of the pipe .

For unloading of bays with polyethylene pipes and steel pipe braids, use a crane on the road, lifting capacity of 10t. Polyethylene pipes are laid along the route by a tractor on a caterpillar track using a rolling trolley.

Crews performing loading and unloading operations are equipped with transport and lifting means, as well as load-grabbing devices.

7.2. Geodetic works

Geodetic works in construction should be carried out to the extent and with accuracy, ensuring during location and construction of the gas pipeline compliance with geometric parameters of design documentation, requirements of construction codes, rules and state standards .

Geodetic works performed on the gas pipeline route include:

creation of a geodetic basis for construction, including the construction of a gas pipeline layout network and the introduction of main or main layout axes into nature;

geodetic control of accuracy of geometrical parameters of structures and as-built surveys with compilation of as-built geodetic documentation.

Performance of geodetic works during construction, geodetic control of accuracy of geometric parameters of structures and as-built surveys are the responsibility of the contractor.

Upon delivery of the route, the customer shall create a geodetic layout for the construction and at least 10 days before the start of construction and installation works transfer the technical documentation for it and the base points fixed on the construction strip in stages to the contractor.

Geodetic works shall be performed according to requirements

SNiP 3.01.0384.

7.3. Earthworks

Excavation works during the construction of the gas pipeline should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 3.02.0187 "Earth structures, foundations and foundations," VSN 00488 "Technology and organization," taking into account the requirements of SP 421032003 "Design and construction of gas pipelines from polyethylene pipes and reconstruction of worn out gas pipelines."

Excavation works should be carried out with quality requirements and with mandatory operational control of all technological processes.

This project provides for underground laying of the gas pipeline parallel to the terrain with deepening to the top of the pipeline by 2.4 m, according to SP 62.13330.2011 .

7.4. Welding and installation works

Welding materials conforming to the applicable GOST and specification, which have passed quality control before their application, shall be used for welding of pipelines.

Welding materials shall have a manufacturer's certificate indicating the grade, chemical composition and mechanical properties of the weld metal.

If defects are detected (sprinkling of protective coating of electrodes and their moistening, corrosion of welding wire), use of these materials is not allowed.

Before assembling pipes for welding, it is necessary to:

clean their internal cavity from possible contaminations;

Check the geometric dimensions of the edge partition

clean the edges and adjacent inner and outer surfaces of the pipes to a width of not less than 10 mm;

assembly of pipes for welding must be carried out on inventory linings using centralizers or other devices.

During operational inspection, check compliance with the following standards:

preparation of pipes, their cleaning, editing of ends;

features and dimensions of welds;

number, dimensions and arrangement of tacks;

the order in which individual weld layers, dimensions, and shape are applied.

The design provides for welding of pipes to links on the route. On the route, ceiling joints are welded by manual electric arc welding.

Welding and installation works, quality control of welds should be performed in accordance with the current regulatory documents:

VSN 00689 "Welding";

VSN 01288 part 1, 2 "Quality control and acceptance of works";

SP 1053496 "Code of Rules for Welding and Quality Control of Welded Joints."

SP 42012003 (item 7.49 - item 7.99);

SP 421032003 "Design and construction of gas pipelines from polyethylene pipes and reconstruction of worn-out gas pipelines" (item 6.476.93).

When welding the pipeline to the thread, the welded joints shall be tied to the route stations and fixed in the as-built documentation.

Lifting of the welded mould to a height of not more than 300500 mm is allowed not earlier than 4 minutes after the end of welding to avoid breaking of the weld.

During construction of pipelines, pipeline turns in vertical and horizontal planes, when natural bending of pipes is impossible, are performed by installation of curvilinear inserts.

Use the pipes that are designed for this pipeline to produce the insert curves.

Turns by elastic bending of polyethylene pipes at open gasket, turn radius must be not less than 25 external diameters of polyethylene pipe.

Before starting welding and installation works, it is necessary to ensure that the pipes, connectors, shutoff valves used have quality certificates and comply with the design, specifications for their preparation. The pipes shall pass the incoming inspection in accordance with the requirements of the pipe specification.

In accordance with Table 14 and 15 of SP 62.13330.2011, the project adopted the control of welded joints by physical methods of underground sections 50% of the total number of pipe joints welded by each welder and in the amount of 100% of above-ground sections of the gas pipeline. Check all tolerance joints by radiographic method in accordance with GOST 721282, the remaining gas pipeline joints by radiographic and ultrasonic method according to GOST 1478286. The use of the ultrasonic method is allowed provided that a selective duplicate check of joints by the radiographic method is carried out in the amount of at least 10% of the number of joints selected for inspection.

Defective butt joints of polyethylene pipelines shall not be corrected and shall be removed.

During welding, joint is subjected to operational inspection, finished welded joints are subjected to non-destructive physical inspection.

After welding of the pipeline, perform mechanical tests of tolerance joints, joints of the above-ground section of the gas pipeline welded by gas welding.

The number of joints selected for mechanical testing shall be 0.5% of the total number of joints welded by each welder during the month of construction of the facility. To issue results of mechanical tests of welded joints on appendix form of C of the joint venture 42-101-2003

In case of unsatisfactory results of joint inspection, double number of joints shall be checked. If unsatisfactory results are obtained on at least one joint during re-inspection, all joints welded by this welder shall be removed, and subsequent joints welded by arc welding shall be checked by radiography.

Pipes (sections) on the route are laid out on sunbeds: isolated pipes (sections) are laid out on sunbeds with soft linings.

It is allowed to lay the pipeline according to the following scheme: the pipeline with uninsulated joints should be raised above the construction strip with the help of pipe placers, creating a work front for cleaning and insulation of joints; when joints are ready, pipeline shall be laid. At the same time, laying works should be carried out cyclically during the period, which is determined by the time of cleaning and insulation of joints by a mechanized method (in the case of cleaning and insulation of joints, it is necessary to use safety supports manually).

7.5. Insulation laying works

Protection of underground steel sections of the gas pipeline is provided passive, in accordance with GOST 9.6022005.

Passive insulation is provided by applying to the steel sections of the pipeline insulation of a very reinforced type from Polylen polyethylene tape and in two layers of PolylenOB wrapping.

To protect steel above-ground sections of the gas pipeline from atmospheric corrosion, a coating of two layers of GF 021 primer and two layers of BT 177 oil paint is provided.

Quality control of protective coatings should be carried out during construction and operation of the gas pipeline.

The installation of the insulated piping shall be carried out with maximum precautions, excluding the possibility of damage to the insulation coating.

It is recommended to perform work on laying of polyethylene gas pipelines at ambient air temperature not lower than minus 15 ° С and not higher than plus 30 ° С.

When laying gas pipelines at a lower ambient temperature, it is necessary to organize their heating to the required temperature. This condition can be fulfilled by passing heated air through a gas pipeline prepared for laying. At that heated air temperature must not be more than plus 60 ° С.

7.6. Transitions through natural and artificial obstacles

The construction of crossings includes a complex of special construction and installation works:

manufacturing of junction units and parts;

gasket of protective casing;

installation, welding, control of welding and test of a lash;

cleaning, isolation, control of isolation and equipment of a pipe lash with basic elements;

placement of the pipe stack in the casing;

installation of cuffs, branch pipe and exhaust candle.

Deepening of the gas pipeline from the top of the road cover to the upper generatrix of the protective casing is 2.4 m.

Before being dragged into protective cases, lining sets manufactured by Metafrax OJSC in Gubakha, Perm Region are installed on pipelines. The set includes: safety rings "spacers" made of polyethylene (polyurethane) according to TU 51192000, and sealing cuffs according to TU 2531005012978582000, which ensure tightness of the tube space. The use of these modern lining kits made of polymeric materials allows to extend the service life of protective devices.

The construction of crossings is carried out by a complex team consisting of specialized links. The main technological operation in the construction of transitions is the laying of a protective casing.

7.7. Cavity cleaning and gas pipeline testing

Prior to the leak test, the inside of the gas pipeline shall be cleaned in accordance with the work design. Cleaning of internal gas pipelines cavity should be performed before their installation by air blowing.

Leak test of gas pipelines shall be performed in accordance with the requirements of SP 62.13330.2011 "Gas distribution systems," see Table 1. Outside air temperature during testing of polyethylene gas pipelines shall not be lower than minus 15 ° С.

Quality control of construction and installation works performed and acceptance for operation of gas distribution system facilities completed by construction shall be performed in accordance with Section 10 of SP 62.13330.2011.

Environmental protection during construction and installation works

When performing all construction and installation works, it is necessary to strictly comply with the requirements of protecting the natural environment, preserving its sustainable ecological balance, and not violate the land use conditions established by the legislation on nature protection.

The construction organization that carries out the laying of the linear part of the pipeline is responsible for compliance with design decisions related to environmental protection, as well as for compliance with state legislation on nature protection.

Temporary roads and driveways shall be arranged taking into account requirements to prevent damage to the fertile layer and shrub vegetation

It is not allowed to take gravel and sand for construction purposes from the bottom of rivers, streams, lakes in places not provided for by the project or not agreed in accordance with the established procedure.

Use of a fertile layer of earth on adding, powders, crossing points and other purposes, except as for recultivation of lands is not allowed.

Land is brought into a suitable condition during the work, and if this is not possible no later than within a year after the completion of the work.

Filling of construction equipment is carried out at gas stations with. Dzerzhinskoye .

Filling of equipment with open containers (barrels, buckets, flasks, canisters) is prohibited.

During the relocation of construction camps, technical reclamation of the entire territory of the town, garbage collection and burial of construction residues and household waste should be carried out.

Land plots are brought into a suitable condition during the work, and if this is impossible no later than within a year after the completion of the work.

Safety and health

Construction needs in energy resources and water, in temporary buildings

Mobile domestic cars with fire and sanitary safety requirements, additional temporary buildings and structures are not provided for as utility and domestic premises for construction.

Actions for sanitary and hygienic service of workers (places for placement of first-aid kits with medicines and other means, for first-aid treatment to victims), to providing with household rooms (rooms for meal, rest, heating), drinking water, are developed by the construction organization according to "Hygienic requirements to the device and the equipment of sanitary and household rooms for the working construction and construction organizations" of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

Delivery of materials and structures is carried out centrally through the management of production and technological configuration, which has the main area of ​ ​ the required warehouses.

The demand for energy resources and water is determined according to the consolidated indicators by 1 million rubles. CIW according to design standards and is given in Table 11.1:

temporary power supply is provided from existing networks, compressed air - from mobile compressors;

Oxygen and acetylene are delivered in cylinders on specially equipped vehicles;

water supply for production and drinking needs is provided by imported water;

The following is provided for construction maintenance:

- application of standard inventory buildings of factory manufacture (Table 11.2, 11.3);

- adaptation of existing buildings and premises for the needs of builders;

- Use for needs, construction in accordance with SNiP 12012004 engineering networks and access roads.

The total number of workers engaged in construction and installation works is determined based on the total labor intensity of construction, division by the product of the total period of construction and construction work (1 month) and the average number of working hours per month (167.4h) and is given in Table 11.3.

Construction is carried out within the village. Dzerzhinskoye with a developed network of roads, for the daily delivery of workers to the construction site. Public food, household, medical and communal services are provided through developed infrastructure in the construction area. Electricity is provided from a mobile power plant and existing networks, water from a mobile water tank and an existing network. Water shall meet the requirements of GOST 287482 "Drinking water. Hygienic requirements and quality control. "

Oxygen is delivered to the site in cylinders. Provision of compressed construction air is provided from mobile compressors. The definition of the type of communication at the construction site (telephone, radio) is determined by the work execution project.

Need for basic construction machines, machinery

The need for the main machines and mechanisms is determined based on the standards per 100 km of the pipeline, accepted methods of work, construction dates and is given in Table 11.1.

The demand for trucks is determined in accordance with the design standards for the compilation of PIC for 1 million rubles. CIW for linear construction is given in Table 11.2.

Need for basic construction machinery and machinery

The types and number of machines and mechanisms specified in the table can be replaced with others with similar characteristics and are specified during the development of the project for the production of works and depending on the fleet of machines and mechanisms of the contracting construction organization involved in the construction of the gas pipeline.
