Description

During the course project on "Drum Vacuum Filter Drive," I got acquainted with the principle of its operation and purpose. He gained skills in calculating and designing drives, using the example of a drum vacuum filter drive. In the design part, an electric motor with a power of 2.2 kW asynchronous frequency of 720 rpm was selected according to the specified parameters. A two-stage cylindrical reduction gear was also selected. The assembly drawing of the drive together with the frame was drawn, as well as the main sections of the drive elements.

Introduction

Technological equipment is diverse. Its classification can be based on various features: the structure of the work cycle, the degree of mechanization and automation, the principle of combining machine elements in the production flow, and a functional feature. Depending on the structure of the work cycle, machines and devices of periodic and continuous operation are distinguished; from the principle of combination in the production flow - individual (private) machines and devices, aggregate, combined, automatic machine system. According to the functional characteristic and the nature of the effect on the processed product, there are machines and devices in which the product exposed to energy does not change the properties, shape and size, machines and devices in the working organs of which physicomechanical, biochemical changes are carried out and the finished product is created, machines and devices in which the product is prepared for implementation.

Also, the equipment used in the enterprise can be divided into two groups: auxiliary and main.

The main equipment includes equipment that performs a given technological process and directly contacts the raw material.

Auxiliary equipment ensures normal operation of the main, i.e. performs the functions of transportation, lifting, reserve of raw materials.

The drum vacuum filter drive is directly related to the main equipment.

The kinematic circuit of the drum vacuum filter drive consists of an electric motor, a coupling, a cylindrical reduction gear, a gear cylindrical transmission and a drive shaft with a pair of bearings .

Recommendations for selection of oil and lubrication of drive units

The engagement of the cylindrical gearboxes is usually lubricated with liquid oil. For our kind of reduction gear, a crankcase method is recommended. Oil temperature in the reduction gear bath is allowed up to 65 ° С and only in rare cases 85 ° С. The crankcase flow method of lubrication consists in the fact that oil is supplied to the reduction gear bath on one side, and on the other side it is withdrawn and simultaneously cooled. Mesh filters are used to clean oil from dirt and other impurities .

Oil is supplied from above regardless of the direction of rotation of the gears. Bearings are lubricated with oil, spraying of wheels.

It is advisable to lubricate the bearings of the drive shaft individually with thick (plastic) lubricant. Plastic lubricant is used to lubricate the bearings of our drive shaft. In this case, the bearing is closed from the inside with a protective or oil discharge ring. Free space inside bearing assembly is filled with thick lubricant. Every three months fresh grease is added, and after a year - disassembly, washing of the unit and assembly with fresh grease.

To supply thick lubricant to bearings, press lubricants are used as per GOST 1985374. Lubricant is supplied under pressure by a special syringe. Cap lubricants are also used for thick lubrication.

Grooves are made in bearing covers for lubricant supply, and one or two slots are made on the end face. Grooves are also made in cups and one or two transverse holes are drilled.

Soldol lubricant GOST 2118889 is used to lubricate the open gear. For lubrication of cylindrical reduction gear - industrial "I50A" GOST 2079975.

Brief description of the procedure for assembly, operation and maintenance of the main elements of the drive

A key is inserted into the key slot of the motor shaft. Then the half-coupling is dressed. Key is fitted on input shaft of reduction gear box in key slot. The second part of the half-coupling dresses. Electric motor and reduction gear are installed on frame and reduced axially to each other. After that, the clutch is fixed, and the electric motor and gearbox are finally fixed to the frame using bolted connections.

A key is laid on the driven shaft of the reduction gear in the key slot, a pulley is put on, which is fixed in the axial direction using an endplate. A key is laid on the drive shaft in the key slot and a gear wheel is dressed, which is fixed by an endplate.

After installation of all elements of the drive, the protective casing is installed and the oil level in the reduction gear box is monitored.

Torque from the motor shaft is transmitted to the input shaft of the reduction gear through the clutch, then torque is transmitted from the slow-moving shaft of the reduction gear to the gear train.

When using the drive, it is necessary to eliminate problems in a timely manner, add or replace oil in the reduction gear box, and lubricate the gearing.

During operation of the drive, sharp noise and knocking are not allowed. Meat raw materials and fat are not allowed to enter the parts and units of the drive, it is necessary to constantly keep the workplace clean and orderly.

Safety requirements for the designed facility

The safety of workers largely depends on the property of production equipment to maintain a safe state when performing specified functions under certain conditions for a given time, that is, its safety.

To a large extent, the increased danger of the equipment depends on the properties of the substances it processes or the characteristics of the working medium.

However, in all cases, the most important role in ensuring the safe operation of the equipment belongs to its safe design, equipped with the necessary instrumentation, safety devices, locking devices, automatic alarm and protection devices that allow monitoring compliance with normal process modes, as well as excluding the importance of accidents and accidents.

The main requirements of labor protection presented during the design of machines and mechanisms are: human safety, reliability and usability. Safety requirements are determined by a system of occupational safety standards.

According to these standards, the safety of production equipment is ensured by the choice of operating principles, design diagrams, the use of mechanization, automation, protection means in the design, the fulfillment of ergonomic requirements, taking into account safety requirements in technical documentation for installation, operation, repair, transportation and protection.

Production equipment and machines shall ensure elimination or reduction of noise levels, vibrations to regulated levels.

The arrangement and arrangement of equipment in the production shops is carried out in accordance with the industry standards of technical design, while the following conditions are mandatory: the sequence of equipment arrangement according to the technological scheme, ensuring the convenience and safety of maintenance and repair, maximum natural lighting and fresh air supply.

The safety of operation on the equipment can be ensured only if it has the necessary controls. Controls of production equipment regardless of its capacity, dimensions and purpose shall comply with the following main requirements: ensure reliability of start-up; speed of stop, ease of use and ease of use; to exclude the possibility of erroneous or accidental switching on of both the equipment as a whole and its individual mechanisms.
