1.7 Thesis Design Objectives

In view of the above, the following tasks have been identified:

1) to propose a project of technical re-equipment of the unit shop;

2) to propose a set of measures to improve the quality of repair of units;

3) to propose the design of the stand for running-in of driving bridges;

4) develop measures for quality management of maintenance works;

5) propose measures to ensure normal working conditions in the aggregate shop and health and safety requirements;

6) to give an economic assessment of the technical re-equipment project of the unit workshop.

3 Truck Transmission Repair Stand

3.1 Purpose and design requirements

The developed turntable is designed to disassemble and assemble the gearboxes of trucks, as well as to ensure convenience and safety in operation.

Currently, the disassembly and assembly of gearboxes in the assembly shop is carried out on unsuitable tables, using only a manual tool - this significantly increases the repair time.

We plan to develop a stand with two positions. The use of a two-seater turntable with a mechanized clamp and an electric turret will increase the productivity of repair work, provide ease of work, increase the level of safety and labor organization, and reduce the production area.

In this regard, the following basic requirements are imposed on the design of stands for disassembling and assembling gearboxes:

1 versatility;

2 type of stand - stationary with turntable;

3 clamp type - hydraulic;

4 pump drive - from electric motor;

5 number of positions - 2;

6 serviced units - gearboxes of trucks.

3.2 Analysis of existing structures of gearbox repair stands

Currently, in the automotive industry, when mechanizing disassembly and repair work on heavy-weight units of cars, a fairly large number of various devices and stands of various kinds in their purpose, characteristics and design are used.

Below is a comparative analysis of several versions of domestic stands used in the repair of transmissions. Designs of stands are presented on sheets of a graphic part of degree project 19060165. TAE DP.10000sv and 19060165. TAE DP.20000sv.

5.5 Output

As a result of the calculations, the following technical and economic indicators were obtained.

1 Labor productivity PT = 831855 p/person· h.

2 Fund transfer FO = 1.44

3 Period of return on capital investments CURRENT = 3.01 g.

4 Profit equal to 767996 p positively characterizes the work of the designed unit shop.
