Introduction
Public buildings and structures are intended for institutions of cultural and consumer services of the population and for various types of social activities of people: political, economic, administrative, scientific, etc.
They represent the material base for a large number of social events. This determines their importance in urban planning and in the construction of rural settlements. The continuous increase in public consumption funds, the expansion of cultural and consumer services for the population and the types of social activities of people lead to an increase in the construction, improvement and creation of new types of public buildings and structures.
The scientific and informative center with a total area of 10000 sq.m the including oceanarium, a dolphinarium and planetarium is presented in this degree project. The idea of creating the center was the absence of multifunctional entertainment centers in Naberezhnye Chelny. Similar centers, including the planetarium, the aquarium and the dolphinarium, have no analogues in Russia. Interest in visiting this center will be not only in children but also in all age categories. The scale of the project provides for visiting this center not only residents of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, but also guests from nearby cities and regions .
For convenience of guests the mobile application in which it is possible in to order, reserve in advance is provided, or to obtain detailed information on the forthcoming events and the description of all scientific, entertaining and informative offices of the center .
This center will serve as an excellent place for the whole family to go together, in which everyone will find an interesting department for themselves.
1.2 Master Plan
The site reserved for construction is located near the road, providing a good transport connection of the object under construction with the infrastructure of the city.
To ensure unhindered passage of fire engines around the building under construction, driveways with the width of the roadway are made. The same driveways also serve to deliver goods to unloading platforms and to access staff to service parking lots.
On the master plan, the following are distinguished:
- the building of an entertainment scientific and educational center with an aquarium and a planetarium
- parking
-Lounge
- economic yard
The building of the scientific and entertainment center is a complex of scientific and entertainment blocks. In this center, children and adults can easily find a lot of new things for themselves. The building provides fast food cafes, children's play areas, scientific zones and an administrative floor.
Parking is intended for visitors to the center. It is a car park for 780 cars located near the entrance. One parking place is a 6x3 m platform. This area is located on all sides of the building.
The visitor recreation area is a flower garden located in the center of the visitor area. Benches are located around the flower garden. Also, the recreation area includes two fountains with live fish and two small bridges with a length of 10 m.
Zone of central inlet is made in the form of paved coatings. The remaining pedestrian communications, like automobile passages, are made of asphalt concrete.
The width of the main transport links is 6 m, the width of the sidewalks is 3 m.
Economic yards serve to transport goods to trade institutions, supply food enterprises and hotels, and store waste. Khozdvors are located on the rear side of the erected complex. This allows you to separate the flows of visitors and service transport.

1.3 Space Planning Solution
The building has an arched shape in plan, including four axial systems connected to each other. Central four-storey part is made in the form of arc. On the sides of it are fillets from the center to the edges. Rear side of building has arched shape opposite to front side.
The main dimensions of the building in the axes 106x81 m.
The height is underlined by protruding rectangular elements. Height is also emphasized by continuous glazing. This solves the issue of lighting corridors.
The architectural expressiveness of the facade is given by the wave-shaped protruding "visor," made according to the technology of hinged roof.
The total height of the building from the level of the clean floor of the first floor is 28 m.
The height of the basement of the hotel - 4.5 m
The height of the first-second and third floors is 5.6 m.
The height of the office floor is 3 m.
The height of the technical floor is 2.3 m.
The technical floor is designed to accommodate communications and service the aquarium and dolphinarium.

Water supply system
Water supply is carried out from a pre-designed 500 mm water pipeline based on the design task.
Internal water supply
The head for household and drinking needs is 18 liters and is provided by the head in the existing network.
Water metering counters VKM32 are installed at the water supply inlet, which makes it possible to monitor the water flow rate.
The water supply network is dead end with one input. The water supply system is designed from polyethylene pipes as per GOST 1859983. Pipes are laid with a slope towards water intake points. Piping installation is carried out in accordance with SNiP 3.05.0185 "Internal Sanitary and Technical Systems ."
Hot water supply
The residential building is supplied with hot water from a boiler installed in the technical room of the ITP.
The hot water supply network is equipped with a circulation pipeline, which prevents the cooling of hot water and avoids heat and water loss. Hot and circulation pipeline network is isolated.
In order to save and take into account hot water flow, water meters are installed in the technical room - VKMG25 counter
Sewerage
In the building of a residential building, a domestic sewage system has been designed.
Discharge of effluents is carried out by one release to the previously designed household sewage network.
One inspection well of prefabricated reinforced concrete rings with a diameter of 1 m is arranged on the network.
The sewage network is designed from polyethylene sewage pipes with a diameter of 50100 mm according to GOST 22689.377.
Ventilation of the system is carried out through the ventilation part of the risers, withdrawn 0.5 m above the roof.
1.3.1 Oceanarium
The entrance to the aquarium is on the ground floor .
The planning structure of the aquarium is adopted in the form of a corridor, on both sides of which aquariums are located. The geometric shape of the plan is curved.
A stairwell is used to ensure the vertical relationship of spaces to the first floor. The dimensions of the staircase in the axes are 6.5x3 m.
An elevator and a stairwell are provided for service personnel.
For the convenience of movement of persons with disabilities, ramps and an elevator are provided.

The aquarium includes a sushi cafe. Its offices are isolated from other premises.
The total area of the sushi cafe is 182 m ².
From it, visitor rooms include:
- dining room with an area of 133.38 m ², equipped with two exits.

Evacuation from the basement is provided through staircases located at a sufficient distance from each other. Exit from the first floor to the outside is through the lobby or evacuation exits. In the basement there are 5 evacuation exits.
1.3.2 Planetarium
The space-planning structure is determined by the functional system of movement, takes into account the tasks of introducing advanced technology, the latest equipment and complex mechanization and automation of production processes and provides the creation of an optimal environment for visitors.
In order to better organize the internal flows and routes of visitors, a staircase, two escalators and an elevator are provided.
The height of the halls is 5.6m.
The height from floor level to the dome is 17 m.
The planetarium cinema is designed for 498 spectators.
Exhibition halls and scientific and entertainment sectors are located on the second and third floors of the building. They have natural side lighting. In each of the halls there are two evacuation exits. in general, 5 evacuation exits are provided from each floor.

Ventilation chambers, thermal units and electrical panels are arranged in technical rooms.
1.3.3 Dolphinarium
The space-planning structure is determined by the convenience and safety of spectators from the occurrence of a crush in the event of the simultaneous arrival of all spectators. The entrances to the dolphinarium are provided from the second and third floors. For the comfortable living of dolphins and beluga whales, separate fables are provided. In general, the aquarium has one main bassein for performances, one bassein for beluga, one bassein for large dolphins, one bassein for small dolphins and one quarantine bassein. it is also possible to move all dolphins into one basin to increase fish varieties (for example, sharks).
In order to better organize the internal flows and routes of visitors, a staircase, two escalators and an elevator are provided.
The height of the hall is 5.6m.
Three evacuation exits are provided in the dolphinarium.

1.3.4 Office space
The space-planning structure is determined by a functional system of free planning, which implies separate non-fenced workplaces. Entrances are provided from the main staircase. The office space has natural side lighting. For safety, two evacuation exits and access to the roof are provided. To protect personnel from the noise of the planetarium, additional noise insulation was carried out.
The height of the office space is 3 m.
Total office space - 1092 m ²
Ventilation chambers, thermal units and electrical panels are arranged in technical rooms and control room.
1.6 Process Technology
The spatial structure of the center provides a clear separation of the flows of guests and service personnel. Visitors through the main entrance get into the lobby, in which the entrance area, reception areas, cash desks, information desks, ATMs, self-service desks, a souvenir store, a pet store, and a wardrobe are allocated. Outside the main flows there is a service sanitary and technical unit (bathroom).
Vertical communications (elevator, two escalators and stairwell) are located in the lobby.
The administration premises are grouped on the fourth floor outside the main flows of visitors to the center. They have a separate entrance. For employees of the center, parking for forty places for cars is organized.
Utility rooms are grouped by functions performed on the basement and first floors.
The center includes three fast food areas with a total capacity of 200 seats. Its work is carried out on semi-finished products and high-availability products. There are four groups of premises in the enterprise: for visitors, for the reception and storage of products, production, office and household.
Rooms for visitors include a dining room with a washbasin, a bar. The width of the main aisles in the hall is at least 3 m. Access to the dining room and bar is through the wardrobe.
Rooms for reception and storage have unloading room with canopy. The width of the platform is 4 m. The height above the ground is 0.9 m, therefore special unloading means are not used. It is designed for the simultaneous unloading of one motor vehicle. Then products are transported to rooms for storage of dry products, vegetables and cooled chambers. Transportation is carried out using trolleys.
From storage rooms products to hot shop. Ready meals are transferred to the dispensary, which goes directly into the hall. In the hot shop there are washers for the dining room and kitchen utensils, containers.
The fourth group of rooms includes a staff wardrobe equipped with showers and a bathroom.
On each floor there is a ticket check group.
With elevators and staircases, each living floor has a lounge designed for rest and waiting.
The total capacity of the center is 1,500 places. It includes a planetarium, an aquarium, a dolphinarium, interactive departments, and scientific and cognitive zones.

Conclusion
According to engineering and geological surveys, soils have a layered stratum with sustained formation. All of them can serve as natural grounds. The second layer of soil is loose sandy that serves as a natural base. According to the calculation and technical and economic comparison of small-buried and pile versions of foundations, preference is given to the foundation of shallow foundation, since it is the most economical.
Paving around the building is carried out with a width of 1.0 m from asphalt concrete laid on a layer of crushed stone.
