The completed diploma project on the topic "Organization of maintenance and repair of the machine and tractor fleet in Valkovskoye CJSC of the Lyskovsky district of the Nizhny Novgorod region with the development of a stand for pressing out needle bearings of cardan shafts crosses" consists of a calculation and explanatory note in the amount of 88 pages and a graphic part in the amount of 9 sheets. The first section of the project provides an analysis of the production activities of the enterprise as a whole and separately by subdivisions, provides an analysis of the survival of the enterprise in the new market conditions, shows the significance of auxiliary production, etc. The equipment of the enterprise is reflected in the material and technical base. In the second section, the plant's annual production program for maintenance and repair is calculated. The labor intensity for the implementation of the planned program of the enterprise has been determined. In the structural part of the project there is proposed a stand for pressing out needle bearings of cardan shafts crosses. Strength calculation is given. A route map for pressing out the needle bearing has been drawn up. A diploma project is presented to your attention on the topic: "Organization of technological maintenance and repair of the machine and tractor park in Valkovskoye CJSC of the Lyskovsky district of the Nizhny Novgorod region with the development of a stand for pressing out needle bearings of cardan shafts crosses"

An important role in solving problems in agricultural production is played by the operability of machinery, the productivity of machine-tractor units, and the reduction of their downtime.

The timely performance of field work, as well as the reduction in the cost of operational materials, largely depends on the timely and high-quality maintenance of tractors.

This is especially necessary at the present time, when the tractor fleet is outdated, the technical resource has decreased, and the purchase of new equipment is carried out in small quantities.

The objectives of our diploma project are: analysis of the production activities of the enterprise; identification of problems in the organization and repair of the machine and tractor fleet.

The objectives of the project are: to calculate the rational organization of the repair and repair of machines, to provide design development and economic justification of the proposed measures.

(SHEET 1) The first sheet of the graphic part shows the analysis of the economic activity of this enterprise (show what indicators are given on the sheet).

(SHEET 2) Based on the planned annual load of tractors monthly and, accordingly, the number of tractors, we calculated the number of maintenance and repairs, then determined the load of the CRM, which is reflected on this sheet of the graphic part.

(SHEET 3) Sheet 3 shows the maintenance and repair schedule of MTZ80 tractor.

(SHEET 4) Next, we calculated the number of production workers based on the labor intensity obtained.

Valkovskoye CJSC has a central repair shop with a total area of ​ ​ 920 m2. This area, based on calculations, is not enough for all maintenance and repairs, and we propose the reconstruction of the CROM with an increase in area by 720 m2.

The obtained central repair shop is shown on sheet 4 of the graphic part.

(SHEET 5) Section 3 of the diploma design presents the development of a bench for pressing out needle bearings of cardan shafts crosses.

The repair of the cardan joint usually consists in the replacement of needle bearings, seals and a spider for which the joint must be disassembled. The bearings in the eyes of the forks are installed with tension, therefore, when disassembling and assembling the hinge, they have to be pressed and pressed accordingly.

The prototype of the designed bench for extrusion of needle bearings of cardan shaft crosses, based on the analysis of structures, accepts the P223 installation. This stand is the easiest and most convenient to use, compact, easy to maintain.

To improve the design, it is proposed to replace the hydraulic transmission with a mechanical one. Mechanical transfer is easy to maintain and manufacture and has higher efficiency (efficiency), smaller dimensions and low cost.

The advantages of the transfer of the "wintbox" include simplicity and compactness of the design, great power gain, accuracy of movements. The disadvantages of this transmission: a large loss on friction and the associated low efficiency.

To increase reliability, firstly, we install two limit position switches, secondly, we will operate the bench with constant pressing of the "back-forward" button and, thirdly, we will equip the working element and belt transmission with a protective casing.

(SHEET 6-7) The graphic part sheets 6 and 7 show the assembly drawings and detail drawings.

(SHEET 8) Sheet 7 shows the production flow chart of the screw shaft used in the power transmission of the presented design.

In section 4, calculations were made of the cost-effectiveness of design solutions as a whole for the workshop and the proposed design development.

(SHEET 9) Sheet 9 of the graphic part shows the results of the economic part of the diploma project .

Conclusions and proposals

To improve the state of maintenance and repair in the farm during the design, a program of maintenance and repair of the machine and tractor fleet was developed. Labor intensity of maintenance and repair of tractors in 2011 is determined. You have defined the need for and the number of service personnel. The CPM loading plan is proposed.

The developed schedule for the maintenance and repair of tractors in 2011 will ensure timely and better performance of all works in accordance with the organizational and technological charts for their implementation.

The implementation of the developed project will reduce the cost of repairing tractors by 20% due to an increase in maintenance costs and obtain savings of 393 thousand rubles. for one year.

Additional capital investments will amount to 1199 thousand rubles, the payback period will be 3 years.

The introduction into production of a stand for pressing out needle bearings of cardan shafts crosses will reduce the cost of wages due to a decrease in the labor intensity of repairs. The payback period for design development will be 4.3 years with a construction cost of 22,450 rubles. Annual savings will be 5200 rubles.
