The diploma project on the topic "Development of design and technological documentation and calculation of the estimated cost of a 10-storey 20-apartment residential building" was developed on the basis of the assignment for the diploma design. In accordance with the order. The construction site is located in Grodno. Climatic area of construction - II. Average outdoor temperature: a) the coldest days -31 C; b) the coldest five-day period -22 C. The standard depth of freezing of loamy soils is 0.8 m. No groundwater has been detected. The building of the first class of responsibility. A parking lot for 25 cars for temporary accommodation of vehicles is projected behind a residential building. The pedestrian zone is designed taking into account all the compositional and planning features. The sidewalk in the yard, the blind area, the utility passage with a turning platform, the Yankee auto stations are solved in the asphalt concrete pavement. The landscaping of the site was carried out taking into account the planning solution, the passage of engineering communications. The main element of landscaping is a perennial lawn. Concrete and mortars are delivered by road from the mortar concrete unit of the PMK base. Prefabricated reinforced concrete structures are delivered by road from the factories of the construction industry in Grodno. Construction materials and semi-finished products are delivered by road from the UPTK base. According to the developed architectural and construction part of the diploma project, the following projected structures were adopted: - floor slab brand PTM63.15.22-7.0 S800 series B1.041.1-3.08 issue 3; - jumper 8PB16-1 series 1.038.1-1 v.4. The technological map is developed for the installation of floor slabs, staircases and platforms. The map presents the technology and organization of installation work, methods of quality control of these works, material and technical resources and safe methods of labor conditions. All work is carried out in the summer in 1-2 shifts. A schedule is a project document in which, in accordance with the nature and scope of construction and installation work, the appropriate sequence of work and construction deadlines are established. From the calendar plan follows the calendar need for labor, material, mechanical, energy resources. The schedule of workers allows you to determine the required number of workers at any time of construction. It is drawn up on the basis of the schedule of work on the object. On the basis of these schedules, calendar plans are adjusted in order to equalize the need for workers over the construction periods. The schedule of movement of machines and mechanisms is made up of the need for them by months, weeks, days, taking into account their maximum use. The more fully loaded the machines, and the more intensively they work, the cheaper the construction of the facility. The schedule for the delivery and consumption of materials is based on the creation of stocks of materials on the construction site, depending on local conditions, the type of materials and the conditions of their delivery. On the basis of the schedule of work, daily schedules for the consumption of materials are drawn up. Stocks should be kept to a minimum and not exceed a five-day expense for road transport.
