Diploma project - Five-storey 30-apartment residential building

The projected object "Five-storey 30-apartment residential building" is located in the city of Mozyr, Gomel region. The building plot is located in a built-up area. The terrain of the site is calm with a general slope in the south-eastern direction.

In accordance with the assignment for diploma design, there is no groundwater, the construction of the facility began in July 2020. 

The climate of the construction area is moderately cold. The prevailing winds are south-westerly in winter and westerly in summer.

In accordance with the wind rose built according to SNB 2.04.02-2000 "Construction Climatology", insolation conditions, requirements for thermal protection, as well as in accordance with the existing development, the designed building is oriented to the south-west side with fewer windows, since in winter the prevailing winds are south-west.

The construction site is located in an engineering area of the city of Mozyr. The construction area has a developed network of roads, engineering networks.
