Description
The product "Welded shaft" is a welded structure, which includes: 3 parts (see Fig. 1). The structure consists of a wall with a thickness of 6 mm pos.1, an axis with a diameter of Ø25mm pos.2, bushings pos.3.
All elements of this product are connected by welding.
The overall dimensions of the product are 360x215x140 mm.
The material of the product is structural, low-alloy steel 30KHGSA.
The following technological dimensions must be maintained in the product:
- 240mm, which determines the distance from the base to the center of the hole;
- 140 mm, distance between posts;
- 88mm, distance to stiffeners
Manufacturing accuracy is carried out according to 11 quality of accuracy.
