The object of development is the welded beam K-21.
Purpose of work: Selection of beam welding technology, selection of design equipment for beam assembly, determination of the economic efficiency of the selected solutions.
To achieve the set goal, the beam structure was analyzed, welding methods were analyzed and selected, the strength of the main welds was calculated, the safety margin for the bending moment was calculated, the structure and technological equipment for the assembly of the beam were selected, technological documentation in the form of operational maps was developed, welding operations were standardized, the economic calculation of the welding technologies used was made, and the safety issues of welding processes were considered.
The following results were obtained: a technology for semi-automatic welding with a consumable electrode in a carbon dioxide environment was developed. Welding equipment and technological equipment were selected. Evaluation of economic indicators: the annual economic effect is 77,137,312 rubles.
Degree of implementation - the beam manufacturing technology can be used at enterprises in the mechanical engineering industry.
