Description
The purpose of this project is to design a spherical tank, perform design and verification calculations of welded joints, calculate the required thickness of the tank walls, the volume and surface area of the sphere, the length of welding seams, and calculate the strength of welds.
Based on the calculations carried out, an assessment is given about the operability of the tank structure.
