Description
The purpose of this course design is to develop a technological process for restoring the rear axle shaft of the Amkodor-702EM loader (based on the MTZ-82 tractor). It is required to analyze the malfunctions of the rear axle, to determine the technical requirements for fault detection.
In the course of the course work, it is necessary to familiarize yourself with the design and principle of operation of the axle shaft of the rear axle of the loader, calculate the technical modes and time standards, design the technical process for restoring the axle shaft and draw up route and operational maps.
The initial data are regulatory and technical documentation for the overhaul of the MTZ-80/82 tractor.
