Development of technological processes for assembly and welding of the housing, frame and radiator of the engine regulator

Purpose: the electronic regulator (Fig. 1) is used in the aviation industry; consists of a housing, a radiator and a frame (Fig. 2 ... 4); the radiator of the cooling system acts as a heat exchanger, that is, the main part of the thermal energy required for comfortable operation of the unit is removed and compensated through it [2].

All radiator parts are made of 12X18N10T steel.

Steel 12X18N10T (GOST 5632-72) Substitutes for this steel are Steel 08X18G8N2T, Steel 10X14G14N4T, Steel 12X18N9T. Analogue in foreign standards AISI304 or AISI 430. One of the most common steel grades. It is widely used for the production of tanks and containers[3]. Steel 12X18N10T belongs to the austenitic stainless steel class (nickel-containing, ordinary corrosion-resistant). Composition of steel 12X18N10T: Silicon: 0.8%, Manganese: 2.0%, Copper: 0.30%, Nickel: 9.0-11.0%, Sulfur: 0.020%, Carbon: 0.12%, Phosphorus: 0.035%, Chromium: 17.0-19.0%, Titanium: 0.6-0.8%

Application: parts operating up to 600 °C. Welded apparatus and vessels operating in dilute solutions of nitric, acetic, phosphoric acids, alkali and salt solutions and other parts operating under pressure at temperatures from -196 to +600 °C, and in the presence of aggressive environments up to +350 °C; austenitic steel (table 1).
