We assign the fits according to the recommendations [1c.263]

Landing of gears on H7/p6 shaft;

Landing of half-couplings on H7/n6 shaft;

Mounting of internal rings of bearing on shafts k6;

Landing of external rings of the bearing in the case H7

Gearbox assembly

Prior to assembly, the inner surface of the housing is thoroughly cleaned and coated with oil-resistant paint.

Assembly is performed in accordance with gearbox assembly drawing, starting from shaft assemblies:

- the drive shaft is fitted with a retaining ring, bushing and roller bearings preheated in oil to 100 ° C, then all

the unit is inserted into the cup;

- a key is put into the driven shaft and the wheel is pressed until stop against the shaft collar, then a spacer bushing is put on, retaining the

rings and pre-heated bearings.

Assembled shafts are laid in base of housing and reduction gear box and closed with cover of housing. For alignment, a cover is installed using two conical pins, then bolts are tightened that attach the cover to the housing.

Then plastic lubricant is put into bearing chambers, adjusting gaskets are installed and bearing covers are installed. Prior to installation of through covers, cuff seals are inserted into them.

Key is put on output end of drive shaft in key groove and half-coupling is fixed.

Then plug of oil discharge hole and iron oil are screwed in.

locator. Oil is poured into body and inspection hole is closed.

The assembled gearbox is rolled and tested on the bench according to the program set by the specifications.
