Introduction

The Vehicle Maintenance Course Project aims to:

• consolidation and expansion of theoretical and practical knowledge on the organization and technology of maintenance and maintenance of cars;

• development of students' skills of independent work with special normative and scientific and technical literature in the development of technological processes of maintenance, repair and evaluation of car reliability in ATP conditions;

The theme of this course project is the development of the TO-1 process of the PAZ3205 bus car. The first part of the project is devoted to statistical assessment of labor intensity of TO1 works, which is necessary for correct development of the technological process itself (determination of optimal periodicity, technical standardization of labor, selection of technological equipment). The second part is devoted to the actual development of the TO-1 process of this bus.

Development of process route to-1 bus paz-3205

Maintaining the vehicle in good condition and in proper form is achieved by maintenance and repair on the basis of recommendations of the planned warning service system. Maintenance-1 is a preventive measure and is carried out forcibly as planned through certain runs.

The EO includes control aimed at ensuring road safety, as well as work to maintain the proper appearance, filling with fuel, oil and cooling liquid, and for some types of mobile components - sanitary treatment of the body. It is carried out in accordance with the Regulation on maintenance and repair of rolling stock of road transport.

3.1 Work list TO-1 of PAZ-3205 bus

Control diagnostic, fastening and adjustment works.

General bus inspection

1. Examine the bus. Check the condition of the body, its colors, glasses, rear-view mirrors, license plates, serviceability of door opening mechanisms, towing device.

2. Check the operation of instrumentation, mileage and windscreen wipers, windscreen washers, ventilation system, and in winter - heating systems and windscreen heating and blowing devices, if necessary eliminate the malfunctions.

Engine including cooling, lubrication and exhaust systems

3. Check tightness of lubrication systems, engine cooling and equipment attachment on the engine by inspection, eliminate faults if necessary.

4. Check and, if necessary, adjust clearances between valve rods and rockers of valve mechanism.

5. Check and, if necessary, attach the intermediate fan drive shaft.

6. Check the condition and adjust the tension of the drive belts if necessary.

7. Check and, if necessary, attach the engine supports and subframe.

8. Check and, if necessary, attach the exhaust pipes and intake pipes of the silencer.

Power supply system

9. Check condition, tightness and attachment of fuel tank, fuel lines, carburetor, fuel pump and fuel fine filter by inspection. If necessary, attach and eliminate faults.

Coupling

10 Check condition and operation of pulling spring and adjust free stroke of clutch pedal, if necessary. Check tightness of clutch drive. 11. Check and, if necessary, attach the clutch case.

Gearbox

12. Check and, if necessary, attach the gearbox on the clutch housing.

Cardan shafts

13. Check the play in hinged and splined connections of this gear and, if necessary, attach the support of the intermediate shaft.

14. Attach the gimbal flanges.

Rear axle

15. Make sure that there are no leaks in rear axle connections.

16. Attach the half-axle flanges.

Pendant

17. Check the condition and, if necessary, attach clamps, ladders, covers of springs brackets. Check condition and tightness of shock absorbers.

Wheels and hubs

18. Check the condition of the discs and attachment of the wheels, the condition of the tyres and the air pressure in them, if necessary, bring the pressure to normal; remove foreign objects from the tread and between the twin tyres.

Steering and front axle

19. Check that there are no leaks in the connections and hoses of the steering hydraulic booster.

20. Check steering wheel play in hinges of steering rods and hydraulic booster power cylinder, front wheel hub bearings play and adjust bearings if necessary. In the mountainous area, check the attachment of the steering column.

21. Check attachment and cotter pin of pivoting levers of trunnions, ball joints of longitudinal and transverse steering rods, attachment of steering nozzle, and in mountainous terrain - value of similarity of front wheels,

Brakes

22. Check the condition, tightness of the pipelines and devices of the braking system and, if necessary, eliminate the leakage of thermal fluid.

23. Check the level of braking fluid in the main brake cylinder and, if necessary, add the fluid to the norm.

24. Check the free and working strokes of the brake pedal and adjust if necessary.

25. Check the leak tightness of the vacuum system (if the test lamp of the vacuum meter lights up earlier than 10 minutes after the engine shutdown).

26. Check and, if necessary, attach the support panels to the rotary trunnions and half-axle casings.

27. Check the actuator serviceability and operation of the hand brake and adjust it if necessary.

Body

28. Check condition of doors and reliability of their control mechanism operation.

29. Check the condition of the frame and upholstery of the seats, backs, arms and their brackets, attachment of the cabin panels, floor mat and, if necessary, eliminate the malfunctions.

If there is damage to the body paint or anti-corrosion coating, grind the places subjected to corrosion, then coat or apply a protective coating.

Electrical equipment and instruments

30. Clean the battery from dust, dirt and traces of electrolyte, clean the ventilation holes, check the fixation and reliability of contact of wire tips with output pins. Check the electrolyte level in the storage battery and if necessary, add distilled water.

31. Check the action and, if necessary, eliminate the irregularities of the sound signal, instrument panel lamps, lighting and alarm, instrumentation, headlights, turn indicators, rear lamp, stop signal, light switches, conductor signal, and in winter devices of the heating system electrical equipment.

Lubrication, cleaning, harvesting and body wiping with polishing fluid

32. Perform all lubrication works in accordance with the bus lubrication card.

33. Clean engine, gearbox from dust and dirt; clean the gearbox and rear axle sapoons. Wash the bus

inside, wipe all lighting equipment, glass, handrails. Wash the seats and backs.

Check the bus after service

34. After maintenance check operation of the bus units, units and devices on the way.

3.2 Operational Materials Used

In the process of TO-1, the following range of operational materials is used for lubrication of automotive units:

1. Engine lubrication system - all-season engine oil M8V GOST 1054178 or M6z/10V OST 38.0137084; Oil automobile northern M4z/6B1 industry standard 38.0137084 - (5.8 l without volume of the oil heater).

2. Engine cooling system - cooling fluid: OZH40 "Lena," OZH65 "Lena" TU 113070288 or TOSOLA40M, TOSOL-A65M TU 60275186. The water is clean and "soft" (rain, snow, boiled) - (13.213.4 liters).

3. Brake system - fluid for brakes "Tom" TU 601127682, "Rosa" TU 6553790, "Neva" TU 601116378, GTZ-22 TU 60178775 - (0.52L).

4. The power supply system is GOST 208477 A76 gasoline of summer or winter grades (56 l the main tank + 56 l additional).

5. Windscreen washer tank - water, 2l.
