Description

The relevance of my work is due to the fact that: with the constant growth of requirements for the quality of manufacturing and processing of parts, the complexity of manufacturing blank molds, as a result in the industry, there is a need for constant improvement of processes and the introduction of  more and more modern system developments. A similar solution is the integration of the SINUMERIC 820 D system on the example of a screw-cutting lathe model 16K30F3 with a description of the processes of using a frequency converter. 

The purpose of the final qualification work "Development of a hardware control system for a screw-cutting lathe 16K30FZ" is: to perform a technical analysis of the control system, a technical analysis of the lathe, as well as an analysis of the requirements for connecting the converter.
