As part of the course project, a project for the organization of work on the construction of the third block - sections of an apartment building - is envisaged. Dimensions of the section in the plan 42x16,7m
The building is designed nine-storey with a basement, and a warm attic with a flat roof.
For the relative mark of 0.000 m, the mark of the level of the clean floor of the first floor, corresponding to the absolute 52.60, is taken.
The height of the floor in the light is 2,760 m, the basement is 2,200 m, the warm attic is 1,860 m.
The frame consists of monolithic columns with a cross-section of 400x400 mm with monolithic reinforced concrete floors 160 mm thick and with load-bearing walls.
The foundations are made of deep laying of reinforced concrete piles with a cross-section of 60.30-6 with a cross-section of 300x300 with the device of a monolithic reinforced concrete rostwerk.
The external walls are three-layered: blocks of cellular concrete with a thickness of 300 mm are insulated with mineral wool slabs 160 mm thick and closed with a facing brick with a thickness of 120 mm with an air gap device of 40 mm. Internal walls are brick made of clay bricks of grade M 100, on cement-sand mortar M 50.

The course project provides for the organization of work for the construction of the third block - a section of an apartment building. Section dimensions in plan view 42x16.7m
The building is designed nine-story with a basement, and a warm attic with a flat roof .
For the relative elevation of 0.000 m, the level of the clean floor of the first floor corresponding to absolute 52.60 is taken.
The height of the floor in the light is 2.760 m, the basement is 2.200 m, the warm attic is 1.860 m.
The frame consists of monolithic columns with a section of 400x400 mm with monolithic reinforced concrete floors with a thickness of 160 mm and with bearing walls.
The foundations are accepted as deep-laid from reinforced concrete piles from 60.306 with a section of 300x300 with a monolithic reinforced concrete pile.
The external walls are three-layer: blocks of cellular concrete with a thickness of 300mm are insulated with mineral wool slabs with a thickness of 160mm and are covered with facing bricks with a thickness of 120mm with an air gap device of 40mm. The internal walls are brick made of clay brick brand M 100, on cement - sand mortar M 50.
