Summary

The course design contains 3 drawings (A1, A2 format), 26 s explanatory note, annexes: process for 8 liters.

The design presents an analysis of the design of the ECU piston, as well as the technical specifications for their manufacture. The analysis showed that the design of parts for given production conditions is technological with the condition of creating tooling and a special tool for processing in large-scale production. The workpiece manufacturing method is selected. A route process for manufacturing the cover has been developed.

Introduction

Mechanical engineering is the most important branch of the world economy and economy of the country, which determines the level of development of sectors of the national economy. Trends in the development of mechanical engineering technology in world practice are reduced tolerances for the manufacture of parts, complicated kinematics of technological equipment, increased speeds of working bodies, as well as automation of main and auxiliary operations, control and control of the entire production process using computers. With the development of automation of production, such technologies come to the fore that reduce the cost of the product, contribute to the creation of efficient, competitive equipment, and do not require large investments.

At the enterprises of the region, the leading enterprises in the new economic conditions decreased the volume of production to the level of serial and small-scale production. In this regard, it is necessary to look for ways to solve the above areas in the mechanical engineering of the region.

The topic of the course project is devoted to the development of the technology for the manufacture of the cover of the through gearbox RTs100. The volume of production is 5000 pieces per year.

During course design, the following tasks are set:

Select the procurement method and processing route. calculate the allowance and cutting modes for machining; Select the necessary equipment and tools

The following scope of work was performed during the course design:

based on the analysis of the purpose and characteristics of the parts, the method of obtaining the workpiece and the route of its processing are selected;

process operations are formed, equipment, cutting tool and tooling are selected;

allowance and cutting modes for machining the main surfaces of the piston are calculated.

Purpose and characteristics of the article

The basic initial information for process design (PD) is the detail working drawing and technical requirements for the part, regulating accuracy, roughness parameters and other quality requirements; Volume of annual product output or type of production; A general view drawing of the workpiece.

The volume of annual release of the part is 5000 pieces.

The duration of the release according to the unchanged drawings is 7 years.

Procurement Selection

1.6.1 Definition of workpiece type

Blanks for parts of the "disks" class are:

1) a sheet, a strip of which the contour of the part is cut by gas cutting; used in the manufacture of very flat parts in single and small-scale production;

2) stamping (main view) for the manufacture of both complex and simple parts in mass production;

3) casting in the manufacture of large parts and parts from cast iron.

For this type of part (disk), production volume and part material, two methods of producing a workpiece are assumed:

- rolled stock (sheet) - subject to replacement of material grade;

- casting into the ground.

A comparison of the coquille casting option in this production program is considered inappropriate due to the high cost of the coquille casting tool per batch of blanks.

Conclusion

Based on the analysis of the cover structures, a technological process for serial production conditions was designed, for which an analysis of the processability of the structure was performed, a workpiece was selected, and a new processing route was proposed. Allowance for rough processing, cutting modes, as well as unit calculation time are calculated.
