Description
Designed compressor - refrigeration, piston, single-stage, non-flow, two-cylinder, vertical, with block-crankcase design, simple action, crack-free, with built-in electric motor, sleepless, with free-forced lubrication system (lubrication from pump and spraying), stationary, with medium-temperature mode of operation, freon, medium cooling capacity. Lubrication of the movement mechanism is carried out both by spraying and by means of a gear oil pump. Lubricant flow rate for cylinders is. Oils of HF-22-18 type are applied. The compressor uses throne aluminum pistons, valves at suction and discharge are accepted according to calculations - strip ones. Cooling of cylinders - refrigerant vapors (R22). Steam passes through the suction pipe through the electric motor, cooling it, the sleeve and then goes to suction. The landing place is sealed with special paranite gaskets. Motor rotor acts as flywheel. The flywheel, in turn, is an energy accumulator of the piston compressor, which allows overcoming the inertia of the dead point movement mechanism. Gear oil pump of built-in type. Oil after oil pump is supplied for lubrication into friction pairs through drilling in shaft and connecting rod. Before entering the oil pump, it passes the coarse filter. Bearing supports - ball double-row.
