and roles in the energy system.                                                                        

  1.1 Selection of the block diagram of the projected electrical 

substations for a given number of connections.                                     

1.2 Calculation of consumer loads on the buses of all voltages of the designed substation.                                                                             

1.3 Selection of transformer and autotransformer and calculation 

their capacities.                                                                                                        

1.4 Selection of switchgear schemes and auxiliary schemes of the projected

Substation.                                                                                                          

1.5 Calculation of short-circuit currents.                                                            

1.6 Selection of electrical apparatus, live parts, 

Switching and measuring instruments.                                             

Chapter 2. Selection of the main and auxiliary electrical equipment of the designed substation in accordance with the Electrical Installation Code and NTP.                             

2.1 Selection and justification of the structural scheme of the projected

electrical substation for a given number of electrical connections.                                                                                                  

2.2 Electrical calculation of consumer loads at maximum

 mode on the buses of all voltages of the designed substation.                 

2.3 Calculation of the power of power transformers

 (autotransformers) and the choice of their types.                                                      

2.4 Selection of the main scheme and the scheme of auxiliary needs 

of the designed substation.

2.5 Calculation of short-circuit currents.                                                            

2.6 Selection of electrical apparatus, live parts 

and measuring instruments (for two preset circuits, a complete 

selection, and in other circuits - according to nominal parameters).
