Description

Introduction

The main task of road transport is to fully and timely meet the needs of the national economy and the population in transportation, as well as to increase the efficiency and quality of the transport system. Road transport plays a huge role in the transport system and carries about 80% of the cargo and about 90% of passengers. The task facing road transport is to increase the operational reliability of the car and reduce the costs of their maintenance. To solve this problem, the automotive industry of transport with great reliability and repairability is provided.

Maintenance of the car is used to maintain the working conditions of the car by performing scheduled operations and correctly storing the car.

The tasks of the technical service of road transport enterprises include the development of a rational system for planning transportation and organizing the movement of trucks in relation to local conditions; implementation and operation of the rolling stock diagnostic control system; Full, timely and safe transport of goods at minimal cost; organization of high-efficiency use of rolling stock and its cost-effective operation; Creating normal working conditions for employees of the exploitation service; Synthesis and wide application of good practices.

Purpose and objectives of the work. The purpose of the course project is to organize the work of the copper section, the maintenance and diagnostics complex of ATP in Bender.

To achieve this goal, the following design objectives are defined:

1. process calculation of production units of ATP TDE complex;

2. selection and substantiation of methods of TPC organization and copper site;

3. selection of equipment and accessories at the design site;

4. development of requirements to ensure safe labor reception at the design site;

5. execution of the planning drawing of the copper section.

Project Site: Bender City Freight Transport Company.

Project subject: Organization of works of copper section of ATP.

Research methods. The choice of research methods was determined by the requirements of the most adequate and complete solution of tasks at each stage of work.

GENERAL PART

1.2. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ENTERPRISE AND THE MEDNITSA SITE

Type of enterprise: cargo ATP

Category of operating conditions: ZIL - 4314 - II, MAZ - 53362 - II, KamAZ - 55102 - III;

Natural-climatic zone - temperate climate

Quantitative composition: ZIL - 4314 - 37 pcs., MAZ - 53362 - 61 pcs., KamAZ - 55102 - 53 pcs.

Average daily mileage: ZIL - 4314-317 km, MAZ - 53362-264 km, KamAZ - 55102-387 km.

Mileage from the beginning of operation: ZIL - 4314 - 1.35, MAZ - 53362 - 1.27, KamAZ - 55102 - 1.82

Rolling stock operation mode: duration of PS - 10.5 hours, working days in the year of PS - 305 days.

Design object - Mednitsky section

The copper section is designed to restore the tightness of parts, manufacture from non-ferrous metals. The Mednitsky site is one of the "hot" workshops of the motor transport enterprise, located in the main block of premises located in the main production building. On the copper section, part of the fuel equipment of the car, radiators and other components are repaired by soldering and other related work.
