Design of a device for assembling and welding the main turbo-gear unit. In this work, a conductor was designed for assembling and tacking the main turbo-gear unit, and the method of welding and material was chosen.

Introduction

Welding devices are called the additional technological devices to the equipment used for performance of operations of assembly under welding, weldings, thermal cutting, soldering, building up, elimination or reduction of deformations and tension, control. Widely used in complex-mechanized welding production, loading, unloading, lifting and transportation and combined devices, typical and specialized packagings, various tools.

Given that the welding industry is complex, it is also necessary to design devices for procurement, preparatory and final operations, as well as a special tool.

Individual devices are not part of the process equipment and are used independently, independently. Others become an integral part of the equipment of complex mechanized workplaces, sections, lines, workshops for the production of welded products. Automation of welding production is also inconceivable without the development and use of special devices, mechanisms and units

Conclusion

During the course project, an assembly device was developed with the end cap of the main turbo-gear unit tucked in.

The accessory is a plate with centering three-step pins. The device meets the requirements of product accuracy, but also has a number of significant drawbacks:

tack in case of plate and ring connection must be carried out in ceiling position;
