Structural solutions of the building.

1. Pile foundation with monolithic reinforced concrete pedestal. Driven reinforced concrete piles, in cross section - square (300x300 mm) with a length of 6.0 m, without transverse reinforcement of the barrel. The pitch of the piles is not the same from 900 to 3330 mm. Each pile has its own serial number.

2. Intermediate floors - prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs. Anchors are secured to each other.

3. External walls are made with a thickness of 500 mm from wall blocks of cellular concrete (gas silicate blocks) of the main dimensions 500 * 300 * 288h and 500 * 200 * 288h, grade M35.

4. Inner walls are made of small silicate blocks on M50 cement mortar.

5. Partitions are made of ceramic ordinary effective brick KREU 100/1350/25 on cement mortar M50.

6. Venshakhts shall be made of ceramic ordinary brick KR 100/1650/25 on cement sand mortar. On top of slabs tie is made from cement-sand mortar.

7. Staircase - a means of communication between floors. It is made of reinforced concrete steps laid on brick partitions 120 mm thick. The stairs are covered with piece parquet on the mastic of PVA, nailing the side tongue with nails to the bar. The helical metal staircase leading to the second floor of the room is covered with PF115 enamel for two times along the primer GF021.

8. Floors have different coverage depending on the purpose of the room. In bathrooms, bathroom, tambour, garage floors are covered with ceramic tiles. In the hallway, bedroom, living room are made of piece parquet. In the attic room, the floor cover is concrete. B15. Floors in built-in cabinets and kitchen-dining room are covered with linoleum for heat soundproofing layout.

9. The attic roof is a structure of layered wooden rafters serving as a base for the roof. Wooden structures are made of softwood of the second grade. Sheets of metal cuttings are attached to the screen for screws. The roof cover is arranged on a wooden grating with a pitch of 350 mm.

10. The roof is made of sheet metal.

Exterior and interior decoration of the building.

Internal and external walls 100, 300 and 200 mm thick (including technical attic) are made of small silicate blocks on M50 cement mortar.

The inner walls, 380 and 250 mm thick, are made of silicate thickened ordinary brick SUR 100/1650/25 on M50 cement mortar.

The walls of the chimney with a thickness of 120 mm are made of ceramic full-thick brick thickened 125/25 on clay solution up to the rafters mark.

Sections of walls, under support slabs, shall be made with reinforcement with masonry nets SK1d - SK5d from reinforcement with diameter 4 Vp1 with cell 50 * 50mm, with pitch of 900mm in height and installation into adjacent wall by 500mm.

Exterior decoration.

As an external finish of facades, the following are used: decorative cement-sand plaster on a latex basis with subsequent painting with facade paints; lining of the base with decorative slabs (size 390x190x56 mm); covering of eaves of overhangs with wooden tinted rack; sheet metal cut is used as roof coating.
