Design of a two-story cottage building in the city of Astana.

This requires the use of building materials with high thermal insulation characteristics. The main structure of the building will be made of 510 mm thick ceramic brick masonry with 120 mm thick peach brick exterior cladding. This solution ensures high durability, thermal insulation and aesthetic appeal of the facade, which is especially important in the harsh climate of the region. Construction will be carried out using local materials, which reduces transport costs and promotes the development of local industry. There are factories in Astana and the surrounding area that produce high quality bricks and other building materials. This simplifies the supply process and allows for optimal timing of the project. The project provides for connection of the house to the central water supply, sewerage, electricity and heating systems.
