Design of a conveyor machine unit for the transport of bulk material

Description
The course project solves the following tasks:
1 Structural analysis of the main actuator - the degree of mobility of the mechanism and its class are determined.
2 Metric synthesis of the main actuator - according to certain geometric design criteria, the lengths of the mechanism links and the coefficient of the ratio of the average speeds of the slave link are determined.
3 Dynamic synthesis and analysis of the main actuator - the moment of inertia of the flywheel is determined, which must be installed on the axis of the leading link in order to ensure the rotation of the leading link in the established mode of operation of the unit with a certain average angular velocity and a given coefficient of unevenness; the angular velocity of the leading link of the mechanism in its arbitrary position is determined in the steady state mode of operation of the unit.
4 Kinetostatic analysis of the main actuator – the balancing force and reactions in kinematic pairs are determined, taking into account the forces of inertia.
5 Kinematic synthesis and analysis of the transfer mechanism – a transfer mechanism is designed – a gear gearbox, which provides the necessary gear ratio; the average angular velocities of all links of the mechanism are determined.
6 Synthesis of the cam mechanism – at a given maximum pressure angle, a cam mechanism of minimum dimensions is designed.
Course project includes:
– graphic part: 4 sheets of A1 format;
– explanatory note: 48 sheets of A4 format.
