Project Input:

lever mechanism - task 3, variant 5, position of mechanism 7;

cam mechanism - variant 65;

gear mechanism - variant 1 (z1 = 17, z2 = 26).

Contents of the explanatory note (list of issues to be developed):

synthesis and analysis of lever mechanism;

flywheel calculation;

synthesis of cam mechanism;

synthesis and analysis of gear mechanisms.

Summary

Calculation of the optimal cutting mode: a course project for cutting materials. - Chelyabinsk: SUSU, 2016. - 19 s., 3 ill., 4 tables, bibliography of literature - 3 items .

As a result of the course work, calculations of rational cutting modes were made using two methods: analytical and tabular. The cutter material and geometry, type, and dimensions are selected. The working drawing of the cutter was made, the cutting modes calculated in two ways were compared.
