Introduction
One of the leading roles in the economic development of the country is played by such an important industry as engineering. At the present stage of development, the machine-building industry of the Russian Federation produces more than 5,000 products that are used in various areas of the national economy.
An important condition for improving the quality of engineering products is the constant improvement of the existing technological processes for the manufacture of parts and the development of new ones, which is integral to the introduction into production of new engineering equipment developed on the basis of advanced achievements in scientific and technological progress. The Russian scientists made the significant contribution to technology of mechanical engineering as science, developed its theoretical bases, questions of accuracy of processing of details and rigidity of a system the machine - adaptation - the tool - a detail, the theory of dimensional chains, typification of technological processes.
A progressive direction in modern engineering is the use of flexible automated production systems (GAPS) based on CNC machines, interconnected by automatic vehicles.
The development of the manufacturing process of the part using CNC machines imposes increased requirements for the qualifications of engineering and technical personnel, and also includes a deep analysis of outdated technological processes in order to identify ways to optimize them.
In this thesis, the issue of improving the existing technological process of manufacturing the "gear wheel" part with the support of the technological process studied during pre-diploma production practice is considered. An analysis of the workability of the part was carried out taking into account all surfaces to be cut. Two methods of obtaining a workpiece for a given part were compared, bases for processing were selected. Metal-working equipment, metal-cutting tool are selected, processing modes are assigned, methods of finished product control, tools and accessories used for this are considered.
In addition to the development of the process using CNC machines, an important factor affecting the efficiency of metalworking production is the competent layout of the equipment in the workshops.
In this thesis, the issue of planning the shop site for the production of a given part was considered. When planning the site, the roadmap for manufacturing the part, the overall dimensions of the selected equipment, the method of moving the workpiece between the machines, as well as the rational use of the production areas of the workshop were taken into account.
Conclusion
The development of the manufacturing process of the part using CNC machines imposes increased requirements for the qualifications of engineering and technical personnel, and also includes a deep analysis of outdated technological processes in order to identify ways to optimize them.
In this thesis, when developing the process of machining the gear wheel, great attention is paid to the use of CNC equipment, a more versatile tool, tooling. The machining process will increase.
The thesis presents the economic justification of the method of obtaining the workpiece. The most advantageous method of producing a workpiece is the forging method. The use of this method of producing a blank made it possible to increase the coefficient of use of the material, and increased consumer properties.
In this thesis, optimal cutting modes are calculated and assigned for all types of operations, the time for processing on each machine is determined. Based on the calculated processing time, the number of machines in the workshop area, the number of production workers, auxiliary workers and managers are determined.
The use of CNC machines in the design routing process made it possible to optimize the process analyzed in the work of the factory. The required number of machines decreased, the required number of workers also decreased, which as a result positively affected the economic component of the part manufacturing process.
