Introduction
Chain conveyor is designed to move single (bulk) or piece loads in continuous flow. It consists of drive and tension sprockets embracing their chains, drive, tension device and frame.
The operating branch of the chains is upper, as per the technical assignment (TK) in accordance with Figure 1, the drive drum must have right rotation. The conveyor is installed in the shop room, the working conditions are normal (t0 = 200C). The driving force F on the drive sprocket is transmitted by the healing forces due to chain tension.
The drive (Figure 1) includes a motor with a DS reduction gear, a belt gear, and a clutch.
According to the load schedule in accordance with Figure 2 of TA, the conveyor operation mode is variable without reversing the drive. The scale of the release is a single, the main method of obtaining blanks of body parts is welding.
