1. selection and substantiation of the process diagram of water treatment and composition of treatment facilities
The cleaning station is designed for uniform operation during the day.
The total capacity of the facilities consists of useful capacity and water consumption for their own needs (filter flushing, sump blowing).
The useful daily capacity is taken equal to the flow rate per day of the highest water consumption, taking into account the replenishment of the fire reserve stored in the RCF.
The total daily productivity is calculated according to the formula:

α - coefficient, which takes into account water consumption for own needs; in accordance with paragraph 6.6. [1] shall be taken equal to 3%.

The selection of the treatment process diagram and the main composition of treatment facilities is made depending on the full capacity and main indicators of water quality (maximum turbidity and chromaticity) in accordance with Table 15 [1] and taking into account the instructions of paragraphs 6.2 - 6.3 [1].
Maximum turbidity - 61 g/m3; maximum chromaticity -30 deg.
Based on the specified parameters, we choose the water purification scheme "clarifier with suspended layer of sediment - fast filter with water washing."
