Introduction

The explanatory note presents calculations for the justification of the developed

two-stage cylindrical reduction gear.

In the kinematic diagram of the reduction gear, according to the load of the Rvykh drive specified in the technical assignment, the required power of the electric motor is determined and the electric motor is received. The main parameters of the gearbox are determined - gear ratio, power and load on the shafts, speed of the shafts. The listed data were used to calculate the design of the gearbox.

Calculations of gear gears for strength were carried out, as a result of which geometric parameters of parts of gear gears and the main overall dimensions - axial distances, diameters and width of gear wheels were determined, design calculation of shafts was made.

Based on the calculations made, a design drawing of the gearbox design was developed.

Kinematic calculation

Let's carry out kinematic calculation of the drive of the tape conveyor, at the set angular speed ω3=3.2π I am glad / with, capacities at the exit Rvy = P1=8 kW and diameter of the D=320mm reel.

Kinematic analysis of drive circuit

Drive consists of electric motor, two-stage cylindrical reduction gear box and drive drum. Thus, the drive comprises two stages of gears:

high-speed cylindrical stage of reduction gear consisting of two helical gears (1 and 2) transmitting power from shaft I to shaft II.

Slow-moving cylindrical stage of reduction gear made in the form of two helical gears (1 and 2) transmitting power from shaft II to shaft III.

Gear Design

Design of gear elements. The choice of material, fixation on shafts was determined constructively, taking into account the general recommendations set out in the book "P.F. Dunaev, O.P. Lelikov. Machine details. Course design "[2].

Gearbox Housing Design

The structures of the gearbox housing and cover, including the flanges of bearing units and sealing places of the seals on the shafts, were determined structurally taking into account the general recommendations set forth in book [1].
