Description
The purpose of this course work is the architectural and construction design of a low-rise residential building.
The course project consists of a graphic part and an explanatory note. The graphic part of the project consists of 13 sheets of A-3 format , which include:
Title page with technical and economic indicators of the object;
Plan of the first floor at a scale of 1:100;
Plan of the second floor at a scale of 1:100;
Foundation plan at a scale of 1:100;
Floor plan of the 1st floor at a scale of 1:100;
Roof plan at a scale of 1:100;
Plan of the rafter system at a scale of 1:100;
Two facades at a scale of 1:100;
Section 1-1 at a scale of 1:100;
Section 2-2 at a scale of 1:100;
Detailed section of the wall along the A axis at a scale of 1:25;
Nodes in scale 1: 25, 1:20, 1:15.
