Introduction

Currently, auto repair production is a fairly large industry, along with the automotive industry, is designed to meet the growing needs of the country's national economy in cars, units, and parts. Thanks to the repair, the service life of cars is significantly increased, and the fleet of cars involved in the transport process is significantly increased. The secondary use of parts with permissible wear and restoration of worn-out parts, assemblies and mechanisms helps to successfully solve the problem of supplying vehicles and repair enterprises with spare parts and gives great savings in various materials.

Transport is one of the pressing needs of modern society that ensures human life. Road transport accounts for more than 80% of the total number of cargoes transported. Due to the demarcation of enterprises, the expansion of the network of inter-industrial relations, but the decrease in the volume of the batch of transported goods, the role of the car as the most mobile and affordable vehicle increases. Since cars carry goods, compared to other modes of transport, for short distances, the share of freight turnover by road in Russia remains only 7% of the country's total cargo turnover, while in foreign countries this figure reaches 75%.

The development of road freight in Russia is constrained by various factors, in particular, the insufficiently developed network of roads and their low operational characteristics. Nevertheless, the car fleet is constantly growing and replenished with vehicles of both domestic and foreign production. The changing economic conditions of the country's development cause the need to revise the structure of the fleet of cars, reduce operating costs and give road transport higher consumer qualities.

The automotive industry supplies the national economy with perfect rolling stock, the design of which has high reliability. However, due to the complexity of the design of the rolling stock, it is necessary to use increasingly complex technical means of servicing cars, primarily diagnostic ones, as well as improve technology and organization of work. The intensive growth of the automobile fleet requires a sharp increase in labor productivity when servicing and repairing rolling stock, and the complication of the design is an increase in the skills of maintenance personnel.

Labor and material costs for the technical maintenance of rolling stock make up a significant part of the total costs of road transport, the current downtime of rolling stock due to a technically faulty state causes significant losses in the national economy, and their reduction is one of the most important tasks of industry workers. These costs and losses can be significantly reduced by extensive mechanization and automation of production processes, as well as improving the organization and management of production.

The efficient and efficient operation of road transport is ensured by the rational use of a multimillion-dollar fleet of rolling stock - trucks, cars, buses, trailers and semi-trailers.

The main indicators reflecting the influence of professional skills of drivers and repair workers on the efficiency of technical operation of cars are indicators of operational reliability, economy and others, such as time between failures or malfunctions, duration of downtime in repair, spare parts consumption, fuel consumption, time between overhaul and others.

According to a preliminary assessment of the combined influence of drivers and repair workers on the level of technical readiness and the cost of maintenance and maintenance of cars, drivers account for about 33-36%, and repair workers - 64-67%.

The influence of drivers on reliability indicators and TEA is manifested in the choice of rational modes of operation of units and cars in specific transportation conditions, the ability to timely record signs of approaching failures and faults and take measures to prevent them, the interest in applying rational modes of driving and operation of units and monitor the technical condition of the car.

Conclusion

In the process of course work, knowledge in the discipline was deepened and consolidated. A calculation was made for a certain task and practical knowledge was obtained on the design of the process of restoring a car part. In accordance with the heading task, the technological process of restoring the connecting rod of the ZIL130 car was developed and the necessary technical equipment was selected, as well as the modes and time standards for mechanical processing were calculated.
