Introduction

The course project was developed taking into account the modern requirements of scientific and technological progress, achievements of science and technology in the field of construction.

Currently, scientific and technological progress should ensure the development of the national economy of the country, aimed at the predominant development of production facilities and means of production. Which ensure the technical re-equipment and development of all other industries. An industrial enterprise is a set of tools and means of production, buildings, structures and other material funds used for the production of any product. Production buildings belong to the main assets of the relevant industry. And they are designed to place industries in them with the provision of the required conditions, for the production process, as well as the environment for normal human work. Industrial construction is the field of construction engaged in the creation of fixed assets of industry, including the implementation of a complex of construction and installation works related to the introduction of new, expansion and modernization of existing industrial enterprises.

Industrial facilities are built mainly in cities. Therefore, along with the industrialization of production and its improvement, the issue of ecology and environmental management is acute. Great attention should be paid to the wide use of new efficient building materials, prefabricated building elements, light and economical large-sized structures and products of improved quality, with a high degree of factory readiness, which increase the level of industrialization, reduce material intensity and construction costs. As well as durability, comfort and architectural expressiveness of production buildings.

1. Basic architectural solutions for the design object.

The project provides for the construction of a one-story industrial building in Bryansk, as well as an administrative complex. The industrial building is a one-story single-span building with a rectangular plan shape. The dimensions of the building in axes 116 84.7m, in axes A-G 18m. The maximum height of the building is 21.0 m.

The external walls of the building are made of sandwich panels. The panels used are three-layer: metal skin on 2 sides and a layer of effective insulation between them. The roof of the industrial building is flat, made of roofing panels of the sandwich type.

In accordance with the joint venture "Natural and artificial lighting," natural lighting is provided in an industrial building using window openings, stained glass and electric lighting devices.

Administratively, the household complex is a rectangular building. ABK dimensions in axes 1216 24m, in axes A-B 12m. Maximum height

building 7.0m.

External walls of the building are made of sandwich panels. The roof of the ABK building is flat of 2 layers of rubimast, braces of cement sand mortar with a thickness of 50 mm, extruded polystyrene foam with a thickness of 150 mm, vapor insulation, hollow railway plates.

The facades of the building are painted (factory painting of sandwichpanel sheets).

Interior decoration

Workshops:

Ceilings - simple calcareous color with aqueous solutions;

Walls - factory painting of sandwichpanel sheets;

Floors - concrete floor;

All steel structures are painted with surik in 2 times.

ABC:

Ceilings - improved lime paint with aqueous solutions.

Walls - improved painting with oil paints in 2 times, mosaic tiles, wallpaper.

Floors - linoleum, in bathrooms - ceramic tiles.

Windows, doors - PVC - without decoration.

2. Structural and space-planning solutions

The industrial building is designed for the production of various products.

Plan dimensions along the axes: 1-16 -84.7 m. 15 spans of 6 m.

A - D - 18 m.

The total area is 1572 m2.

The construction volume is 22240 m3.

The workshop houses crane equipment with a lifting capacity of 20 tons.

The industrial building has natural lighting through window openings in the external walls and stained glass glazing.

The one-story industrial building has a metal frame. Frame consists of transverse frames combined into spatial system by longitudinal structural elements.

The columns are designed as solid. Section of crane and over-crane parts is made of rolling I-beam. The pitch of the extreme row of columns is 6 m.

The foundations for the frame columns are designed with reinforced concrete, glass type. Depth of foundation laying is determined based on depth of ground freezing and structural features of the building.

Ground freezing depth in Bryansk is 1.3m

In the foundations we lay anchor bolts with a diameter of 30mm of the 1st version.

Frame of single-storey building with coating of flat elements consists of transverse frames formed by columns pinched in foundations, and rafter trusses hingedly resting on columns. In the longitudinal direction, the frames are connected by crane beams, balconies, a rigid coating disk and steel ties.

The construction structures of the coating are made in the form of metal trusses with a span of 18 m. Cross section of truss elements - square steel pipes made of steel C255.

The wall fences of the industrial building are made of sandwich panels.

To increase spatial stiffness, a system of vertical and horizontal connections is provided in a single-story industrial building.

The building of domestic premises was decided according to the frame scheme with load-bearing columns.

Prefabricated reinforced concrete foundations.

External walls are made of three-layer sandwich panels

Floor slabs are reinforced concrete.

The roof is flat.

Conclusion

Production buildings of industrial enterprises, often called industrial buildings, are designed to organize the production of a particular industrial product using appropriate tools and accepted technology. Therefore, the design of industrial buildings is a multifaceted, complex process, including design and design work.

The implementation of the course project provided an opportunity to learn how to use technical literature, typical projects, building codes and regulations and other reference materials; to study the main techniques of space-planning layout of industrial buildings with the development of structural solutions; To train the skills of graphic image of design material and calculation of natural light.

During the development of the designed object, its nature, functional dependence of rooms and building elements were determined, the optimal shape was established, organically associated with the space-planning structure and purpose, and a modern material and structure was chosen. The final goal of the design was fulfilled - the implementation of the architectural design of the building, which meets modern structural, economic, fire, sanitary and other requirements.
