Description
The purpose of the project: To design a drive that will transmit the movement from the electric motor to the working body.
Archive contents: Explanatory note, specifications, drawing of the reducer; Calculation of kinematic and dynamic characteristics, verification for various types of deformation.
Brief description of the terms of reference:
During the course project, it is necessary to design a drive for a tumbling drum for removing burrs, rust, and minor defects from metal parts after stamping.
The drive of the working machine consists of an electric motor, the shaft of which is connected via a poly-V belt drive to the drive shaft of the cylindrical reducer. The driven shaft of the reducer is connected to the working machine via a chain coupling.
