2.1. Feasibility study of procurement method selection.
When selecting the procurement method, the following factors are taken into account: part design, part material, production type, product type.
In this work:
detail material steel 20H3MVFSh production type serial for the specified conditions we choose a way of receiving preparation hot volume stamping of the increased accuracy. This provides minimal processing allowance. Due to this, the stamping slope of 2 to 30 minutes is the die resistance less than that of hot bulk stamping. Due to a decrease in processing allowances, the time required to manufacture a part is reduced.
Conclusion: The chosen method of manufacturing the workpiece provides minimal allowances for the mechanical processing of the workpiece and saving material due to this.
2.2. Analysis of the basic and proposed process.
CNC machines are not used in the basic process, a one-dimensional measuring tool is not used enough.
Operation 1010 (procurement) was transferred from stamping to GKM (high-precision hot volume stamping).
In the basic process, steps 1100, 1110, 1120, 1130 are performed on lathe 1K62 in the proposed process of steps 1100 and 1200; 1110 and 1130 are combined and converted to a machine with CNC 16K20F3 more high-performance and accurate.
Operations 1150, 1155 were performed on the machine 12H125 combined with operation 1190which is performed on the vertical milling machine 6K11 and transferred to the CNC machine 2254VMF4 for this operation, a conductor has been developed in which it is possible to carry out all operations without changing the conductor on this machine: vertical drilling 4 holes, vertical milling 4 holes.
Operation 1170 (shell milling along the flange contour) was removed due to a change in operation 1010 (billet) hot volume stamping of increased accuracy on which the flange contour is stamped with the necessary size F96, R7.
Conclusion: the proposed changes in the process reduce the time required to manufacture the part. Improve the quality of products and working conditions of workers. Due to the introduction of hot bulk stamping of increased accuracy, the mass of the workpiece decreased the coefficient of material use, which in the conditions of mass production made it possible to save material, as a result of which the cost of the workpiece decreased.
2.3. Select databases.
When selecting bases, the constancy rules of bases and the principle of combining design and technological bases are observed. In the first operation of the process, the base is the outer F87 mm and the adjacent end 20 mm. This base is also used in other process operations. In the operation of drilling and milling of slots, the blank is centered according to F84.50.05 stop on the end 2.5 clamp by the opposite end. To ensure the tolerance of mutual arrangement of surfaces specified by the drawing, run-out of ends relative to internal F80 + 0,019 and external F900.022 diameters is not more than 0.02 mm.
At grinding operations No. 1300, 1400, 1410, 1450, the same bases are adopted as at turning operations, which ensures the constancy of the bases.
Conclusion: this principle of selection of technological bases ensures the specified accuracy at all operations of the technological process and reliable fixation of the workpiece.
