Project Description

Design Input:

- Customer Assignment

-architectural, structural and technological solutions

2. Calculations and design of water supply and sewerage systems are performed according to SNiP 2.04.01.-85

3. The building has designed systems of domestic drinking water supply, hot water supply, household sewage.

4. Water supply of a residential building is provided from the water supply network

DN 40

5. Local hot water supply from indirect heating water heater Buderus brand SU 300

6. Removal of rain and meltwater from the roof of the building is provided by external drains to the pavement (see separate design).

7. The removal of domestic sewage from a residential building is provided for in the external sewage network.

8. Internal networks of cold and hot water supply are made of pipes

RAUHIS Rehau.

9. Pipe insulation from foamed rubber "KFLEX EU" Italy is arranged on the backbone networks of B1, T3, T4 systems and risers

10. When designing pipelines of hot water supply systems, it is possible to compensate for temperature extensions of pipes. Pipelines shall be laid with a slope of at least 0.002 to ensure air discharge and water lowering. Air exhaust devices are installed in the upper points of hot water supply pipelines. It is allowed to exhaust air through water discharge valves located in the upper floors.

11. Cut the intersections of floors with pipes B1, K1 with mortar on hermetically expanding cement; on the T3,T4 pipelines to establish metal sleeves

12. Seal the holes in the foundation at the sewage outlets and seal thoroughly along the 73733 complex.

13. Laying of pipelines, ventilation ducts, Electric ducts, telephone and radio wires shall be performed in connection with each other on the basis of released projects for the whole facility.

14. Floor elevation of the 1st floor is taken as relative elevation + 0.000

15. During performance and acceptance of works follow SNiP 3.05.018.

16. List of types of hidden works, for which acts should be drawn up:

- installation of sewage pipelines laid in the ground;

- installation of water supply and sewerage pipelines laid in mines, ducts and at intersections with floors;

-hydraulic testing of water pipeline inputs;

- hydraulic test of sewage outlets;

- installation of thermal insulation of pipelines.

17. Detailed drawings are made in accordance with applicable codes, regulations and standards.

Domestic sewage system

The system provides for drains from plumbing devices of the building to the existing well K11. All vertical risers are mounted in communication shafts with doors. Releases from the building and pipelines are laid under the foundation slab of the 1st floor, the project provides for a gravity sewage system from sewage polypropylene pipes type with a diameter of 50 and 110 mm from Rehau, using appropriate shaped parts. Install the sewage system in accordance with SNiP 3.05.0185. The internal sewage systems shall be tested by the method of water spillage by simultaneous opening of all sanitary and technical devices connected to the inspected area during the time required for its inspection.

Drinking water supply system B1

The system provides for the supply of water for household drinking and shower needs. The system is designed dead end from pipes

RAUHIS Rehau ø1540. Risers are laid in communication shafts. Main pipelines and risers shall be insulated.

All pipelines are hidden. Install shut-off ball valves on the connections to sanitary and technical devices. If necessary, it is envisaged to connect instrument mixers to water supply networks on flexible sanitary supply lines. The required head in the potable water supply network is 30 m. Installation and acceptance of sanitary devices shall be carried out in accordance with SNiP 3.05.0185 "Internal Sanitary Systems." At points of intersection of cold and hot water supply pipelines of walls or partitions, sleeves shall be installed, edges of sleeves shall be mounted flush with surfaces of walls and partitions. Final sealing of pipes into walls shall be carried out only after hydraulic testing of pipelines with pressure of not less than 0.6 MPa.
