Description

The conductor is designed to quickly and accurately install the workpiece on a drilling machine, while ensuring reliable fastening of the part and the desired direction of the cutting tool (drill). The conductor of this design is applied at large-scale production to drilling in a level of two openings (the level on the drawing is shown by the thin line). The processed bar is installed in prisms pos. 3 and 10. The part is attached by moving the movable prism, pos. 3, along the plate, pos. 1 at rotation of screw pos. 11 (enters the slot of this prism with its end). To direct the tool along the axes of drilled holes in two bushings, pos. 6, conductor bushings are installed, pos.4, which are fixed with screws, pos. 12. Bushings (8) serve for outlet of cutting tool end during part drilling. Bushings pos. 4 and 8 can be easily replaced by other sleeves as the bore diameter of the part changes. Precise mutual installation of parts 1, 10, 5 and 1, 2 is provided by four pins pos.16
