Compressor automation structure diagram

This diploma project considers the control system for the air compression process of a centrifugal compressor in the oxygen shop of Severstal PJSC.

The goal of the project is to create an automated system for regulating the temperature of the compressor working medium.

The main challenge is to minimize energy costs by reducing operating pressure without losing performance.

Content of the diploma project:

1) The general part includes the purpose, goals of creation and requirements for the system.

2) In the special part, the choice of the law of automatic control, actuators, as well as the characteristics of the software used are described.

3) Organization of production. Determines the procedure for carrying out work on the maintenance, operation and repair of the system.

4) Economics of production. Calculation of economic efficiency and payback period.

5) Life safety. Measures to ensure work safety.
