INTRODUCTION

In this work, an individual roller drive of the transport roller table of the pipe rolling shop is designed, which serves to transfer torque from the asynchronous motor to the roller transporting pipes. The drive is non-reversible, the drive operation mode is medium equal, the design life of the drive is 3 years. It consists of an electric motor and a cylindrical, two-stage reduction gear. In the steps of the reduction gear box, cylindrical spur wheels and gears are used. The reduction gear case is made of steel of grade 45.

Shafts in the gearbox housing are installed on radial single-row

ball bearings.

Torque from electric motor to reduction gear box and from reduction gear box to roller is transmitted by means of couplings. Electric motor and reduction gear are installed on plate. The slab is fixed to the floor with foundation bolts.

Gearbox assembly

Prior to assembly, inner cavity of reducer housing is thoroughly cleaned and covered with oil-resistant paint.

Assembly is carried out in accordance with the general view drawing of the reduction gear box, starting from the shaft assemblies:

roller bearings pre-heated in oil to 80100 ° C are installed on the high-speed shaft;

keys are put into slow-moving shaft and gear wheel is pressed until stop against shaft collar, then bearings are installed, which are pre-heated in oil.

The assembled shafts are laid in the base of the reduction gear case, the gear engagement is adjusted and the cover of the case is put on, covering the surfaces of the joint of the cover and the case with sealant; bolts that attach the cover to the housing are tightened.

Axial displacement of shafts up to ± 3 mm, radial displacement of shafts up to 0.3 mm, skew of shafts up to 0.3/100 mm/mm is allowed.

After that bearing covers are installed. Adjustment of clearances in bearing units is performed by selection of metal gaskets installed between the housing and bearing cover. Then, by turning the shafts, it is checked that the bearings are not wedged (the shafts must be screwed by hand) and the covers are fixed with screws.

After that plug of drain hole with gasket is screwed in and oil is poured.
