1. source data
This work presents a project of a cinema with an auditorium with a capacity of 298 spectator seats. The cinema is located in a residential neighborhood of the city on an area with a calm relief; equipped with a wide screen and variety (stage).
2. cinema master plan
This cinema is located in a residential microdistrict of the city and has a certain significance in the formation of the architectural and compositional solution of the ensemble of its development. The location of the cinema is convenient for the approach and evacuation of visitors, isolated and, at the same time, well connected with public transport. Around the building there is a free passage and access of fire engines in case of a fire in the cinema.
On the territory of the land plot of the cinema there are: platforms in front of the entrances to and exits from the building; lawns and recreation grounds for spectators; walkways and walkways connected to the city network of streets and roads.
Near the designed cinema there are residential buildings.

In the designed cinema, the foyer and the premises for spectators and the administration are located on the same level. Entrance from the lobby to the auditorium is through 1 entrance door 2.0 meters wide. There is also a separate entrance to the cash lobby. Foyer floor elevation 0.000 floor elevation near pop 0.000, so there is no need to put steps at the entrance to the auditorium. Once in the auditorium, the visitor climbs the steps, and takes his place in the hall. Passage in the auditorium on the sides. There are two exits from the auditorium 1.5 meters .

4. constructive solution
All loads acting on the building are perceived by its supporting frame and transferred to the base. The supporting frame forms a set of vertical walls, horizontal floors and coatings.
a) foundations
The project uses a tape foundation with cushions and a laying depth of 2.2 meters.
b) structural walls
The thickness of the outer walls is 640 mm. Masonry of brick walls is carried out with dressing of vertical seams according to a two-row dressing system. In the window sill part of window openings, a niche is arranged for the installation of heating devices 130 mm deep. To protect the walls from wetting with water flowing from the roof, a parapet is arranged. Decorative plaster is used to finish the outer walls.
The thickness of the inner walls is 380 mm. The walls are laid according to the same system as the exterior walls. The thickness of the walls of the cinema is 640 mm.
c) coverings and floors
Slabs are made of railway multi-mount slabs and TT slabs, the room and foyer are covered with double-glazed windows .
d) partitions
Made of gypsum concrete 250 mm thick.
e) stairs
This project uses stairs made of large-sized elements with slab marches without a frieze stage.
e) roof
The roof is designed combined with the floor; the slope is 2%.

Above all the rooms, except for the cinema hall, and the premises of the cinema mechanic, the roof is made of double-glazed windows.
g) windows, doors
The project uses wooden windows, the size of which depends on the purpose of the space. Windows with non-standard shapes are used. Windows are made with double glazing; the glass thickness is 4 mm.
The entrance doors to the designed cinema, entrance lobby and foyer are made with a size of 2000 * 2400. All doors of administrative and spectator rooms are made of wood with an opening size of 1000 * 2000. Entrance doors from the foyer to the hall with dimensions of 1500õ2100 are also made of wood. Exit from the hall to the street through the vestibule, with wooden doors opening outside.
3) floors
Mosaic polished floors are arranged in the lobby and lobby. In bathrooms, floors are made of ceramic tiles. A parquet flight is arranged in the auditorium. All other rooms of the cinema use floors covered with set parquet.
5.sanitary, technical and engineering equipment
The cinema building is equipped with heating, drinking and fire water supply systems, internal sewage and drains. Hot water supply should be provided only for the buffet, installing a local electric heater there. Supply ventilation with mechanical and natural motivation should be provided in the cinema building. Ventilation systems are equipped with means of remote control and monitoring automation.
