The working design is developed in accordance with the state norms, rules, standards, initial data, as well as the specifications and requirements issued by the state supervision bodies and organizations when agreeing on the location of the facility, and ensures safe operation subject to the measures envisaged by the project.
General Data
This project for the reconstruction of the cinema's power supply was developed on the basis of the technical conditions for the organization of accounting for electric consumption No. 406 dated 25.12.06, the act of delimitation of operational responsibility for equipment and balance sheet No. 2838 dated 16.01.2007 (indicating the permissible load of the subscriber), and in accordance with the requirements of the PUE and other regulatory documents to ensure the standards presented for power supply of electrical installations.
Power supply.
Power supply to the Dawn cinema, located at: M.O., Noginsk St. 3-International dd. 52, is currently carried out from the existing transformer substation TP No. 157 the current cable AAB 3x240 + 1x120mm ², the newly laid cable ABBbShv 4x120 mm ² (laying of the working cable in accordance with the project. developed by TsSKTE LLC). To meet the requirements of item 7.2.15 of PUE, it is necessary to lay the second cable ABBbShv 4x120 mm ² with its connection to the same feeder. To carry out laying of a cable the same way according to the NRES project - 8100209 of 2002
The reconstruction of the power supply of the club located on the 2nd floor of the building was carried out in accordance with the project PR18/05/NgEO: internal electrical lighting and electrical equipment performed by LLC Sev.R. Project.
For the reconstruction of the internal power supply system and in connection with the overhaul and redevelopment of the premises of the second floor, for the commissioning of new electric consumers, it is necessary to carry out the following works reflected in this project:
• assessment of power cable loading taking into account the capacity of all active and designed consumers. The results of the calculations are summarized in Table 1.
• Check the insulation resistance of the supply cables and the current flow resistance of the existing grounding devices. (Calculation of the grounding device is executed in the NRES project - 8100209 on laying of cable AVBBSHV of 4х120 mm²) to reflect Results of check in the technical report .
• installation of metering unit in accordance with the specifications for the organization of metering of electric consumption No. 406 of 25.12.06
• Reconstruction of the inlet switchgear with setting of automatic switching on of the reserve (ATS).
• Laying of additional power and lighting networks and installation of equipment.
• Laying of PE conductor (with PV3 wire of corresponding section) together with the existing four core cables.
In accordance with the calculation, the total installed power of the electric receivers (active and designed) supplied from the theater BRU is PYS = 178kW, the design power PPS = 126kW/134kV with a weighted average value of the power factor cos f = 0.95.
According to the degree of reliability of power supply, cinema electric receivers with a number of seats in auditoriums of less than 800 belong to the 3rd category according to the classification of PUE. According to category I (with ALT device), electric motors of fire pumps, fire alarm, fire warning system, safety lighting and evacuation should be powered. ATS sectionalizing device is used .
Electric lighting
Working electric lighting in the cinema is made by lamps with incandescent lamps and fluorescent lamps and currently operates and complies with regulatory technical documents.
To illuminate posters on the facade of the building, IO250 spotlights with halogen linear incandescent lamps are used. The current lighting fixtures and lighting levels of the premises are reflected on the plans .
The design provides for the installation of emergency safety lighting and evacuation lighting in accordance with Chapter 7.2 of PUE. For this purpose, non-permanent emergency lights with built-in battery are used. The types of lamps used are indicated on the plans.
Accounting for electricity.
The accounting of electric consumption should be carried out on the basis of the technical specification for the organization of the estimated accounting of electric consumption No. 406 of 25.12.06, for this purpose, 2 cabinets of accounting type ShchU3/1074 U1 should be installed at an altitude of 1.3-1.7 m from the floor level. The accounting cabinet is installed after the protective devices of the outgoing line. In each SCH, install: an electronic multi-tariff meter of the Mercury type 230 ART PCIGN 5 (7.5) A with a test box with an integrated GSM modem, current transformers of the T066 200/5 brand. For calculation of current transformers, refer to sheet 16. The calculation of the loss of power and voltage was made because the metering unit is not installed at the boundary of the distinction between balance sheet and operational responsibility:

Calculation of electric power losses and initial data are given on sheet 16.
The results of the calculation of stress losses are reflected on sheets 17.18.
A power supply monitoring system is also provided in the BRU. To do this, install ammeters and voltmeters of direct actuation in VRU.
Grounding and safety precautions
Grounding and safety measures of electrical installations of the building shall be performed in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 1-7 and additional requirements of Chapter 7-1 of PUE-7.
In accordance with the requirements of Chapter 7-1 of PUE-7, a potential equalization system must be implemented in the building, for which a re-grounding is provided, which is output to the BRU to the main grounding bus (for this purpose the BRU PE bus is used).
It is connected with zero working bus, air ducts of building ventilation systems, metal pipes of heating and water supply systems.
The lightning protection system is not considered in this project, since the owner of the building plans to reconstruct the attic room and roof.
After completion, the grounding loop resistance shall be measured. If it is higher than 10 ohms, it is necessary to increase the number of vertical grounding electrodes.
TNCS system is provided for designed internal power supply of consumers. The project provides for the following protective measures:
• the potential equalization system has been completed (ground loop and water supply and sewage network input are connected to the MDS
• 380/220V mains voltage system with de-grounded neutral
transformer with TNCS grounding system;
• all metal enclosures of electrical equipment and cable installation structures that are not normally energized but may be energized due to insulation damage shall be grounded (grounded).
• in single-phase networks, connection is performed using the third cable core, in three-phase networks using the fifth wire connected to the PE bus.
• circuit breakers are used to protect electric consumers and the electric grid from overload and short-circuit currents.
• differential switches with 30 mA ∆In= are used to protect people from leakage currents.
• Differential switches with a ∆In= of 300 mA are used to protect the building premises from fire, which can occur in case of electrical wiring and equipment insulation failure.
It is allowed to replace the designed electrical equipment with a similar one, in terms of operational characteristics, climatic design and placement category corresponding to the installation sites and not degrading the operational characteristics. At the same time, coordination with the developers of the documentation is not required, no changes are made to the documentation.
