Dressing room and shower unit.

It is the planning core of the ABK. The GDB consists of shower rooms and a wardrobe for clothes. According to the sanitary group of the production process, the combination of dressing rooms of working and home clothes is provided.

For the storage of working and home clothes, individual cabinets of a separate type are provided with dimensions of 0.50.4 m, height 1.65 m. The cabinets are equipped with a stationary bench 0.3 m wide.

The number of lockers is determined based on the full list of workers.

On the ground floor there is a locker room for 140 men. On the second floor there is a locker room for 56 women.

The number of showers for the sanitary group of production 3b, according to SNiP 2.09.0487 "Administrative and household buildings," Table 6, is calculated from the condition of 7 people per shower grid for the busiest shift (100 people). For men 70/3 = 23 showers. For women 30/3 = 10 shower. Showers are closed, size 0.90.9 m. Entrance to the shower compartment is equipped with pre-showers at the rate of 0.7 m2 per 1 shower mesh .

In addition, the following facilities are provided for men in the GDB:

- clean linen pantry (6 m2)

- pantry of dirty linen (6 m2)

- room for maintenance personnel (6 m2)

Under the GDB for women:

- clean linen pantry (3 m2)

- pantry of dirty linen (3 m2)

room for maintenance personnel (6 m2)

Washbasins are considered by a large shift at the rate of 10 people. for 1 crane. Number of washbasins

- for men 70/10 = 7 pcs .

- for women 30/10 = 3 pcs.

Washbasins are placed at the edges of shower block.

Latrines are located in the workshop, in the "dead zone" of the crane. The number of latrines is determined on the basis of 18 people. - for men and for 12 people. For women:

- for men 70/18 = 4 ub.

- for women 30/12 = 3 ub.

The dimensions of the cabins are 1.20.8 m in plan, the height is 3 m. The latrines are equipped with washbasins.

Healthcare facilities.

For the list of workers 100 people. Provision is made for a medical station with an area of ​ ​ 12 m2.

Catering facilities.

According to SNiP 2.09.0487 "Administrative and residential buildings," for the number of workers less than 200 people there is a distribution dining room (buffet) consisting of the following rooms:

dish washing compartment (9 m2)

pantry (9 m2)

pre-cooking (9 m2)

dining room (36 m2)

The number of tables is calculated from the condition of 4 people per seat. 100/4 = 25 seats; 25/4 = 6 tables of 4 person each.
